We were very excited, perfect apartment with everything you need. Clean, tidy, well equipped and, as a bonus, a colony of parrots in front of the balcony 😁 3 minutes from the subway station, 25 minutes from Termini. Quiet at night. You definitely get more than what you pay for here. The apartment offers incredible value for money, especially considering the peaceful location, great amenities, and ease of access to public transport. Located in a quiet, residential area, it feels much safer and less expensive than staying in the busy city center.
The apartment itself is fantastic. The bathroom is very spacious, feels brand new, and is spotless. It has good water pressure, hot water, clean toilets, and even provides shampoo and body wash. The room is well-equipped with everything you need—lots of blankets, storage, comfortable chairs, and four pillows. It really feels like you're coming home to your own house, making it a lovely and welcoming place to return to after a day out.
Danillo was incredibly kind and helpful. He waited outside for us at 7 p.m. while we walked from the train station in the dark, making sure we arrived safely. He gave us great tips on how to save money in the city, recommended affordable places to eat, and always responded quickly on WhatsApp. He truly went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.
It really exceeded our expectations, and we’re so happy we found such a gem at a fair price.
