Very beautiful and nice apartment well equipped you have everything you need. You have a small balcony and a parking in the courtyard, which is a huge plus for Como and very rare.
The location is just perfect, not even 1 minute from the Dom and very quiet . So, you can easily walk anywhere. You must know that there quiet a few steps to climb up, nothing serious but just to keep in mind

Location was fantastic, right in the historic centre with view of the duomo roof and dome. Easy, flat walk from the main train station with luggage. Communication with the host was excellent and they kindly let us drop off our luggage before check in time so we could explore the area. Great restaurant recommendations too.

The staff were super friendly. Its a family owned place, and the owners meet you to show you around and give you a little tour of the place. I had booked it for a wedding and as you can imagine, I woke up the next day late to my check out, they were very accommodating. The owner, knowing i slept in, kept a small breakfast and coffee for me even though they were cleaning up the kitchen. Really nice and attentive ! Would def recommend it.

Very friendly host-family also flexible in terms of providing early breakfast at 7. The Villa is situated in a quiet residential area, 7min by car to the station (train line Milan-Como), where you can park for free if there are still places left (be early). Kitchen can be used to cook. Room is spacious and the bathroom is renovated. Good contact with the hosts.
Perfect night stay in a lovely room with available kitchen and dining area. Very clean and a very comfortable bed. Easy walk to town to dinner. Great pizzas in town too. Delicious breakfast with wide choice. Coffees/ teas available all day. Charming host who helped with luggage and any other information. Would stay again if in the area..
Very friendly and helpful owners, the room was very clean. The breakfast was good and the kitchen and fridge was available to use as well. I was also able to park my motorbike within the gates and off the street.
