I want to stress a very friendly and kind welcome from Dimitra and from her excellent mother. The place provides everything you need for a pleasant and peaceful stay. The apartment is excellent equipped, clean and comfortable with terrace and sea view. Beach is in close proximity, just to cross the street. We regret that we just stayed only four nights, should have stayed longer.
Recommended to all to visit Lappas apartments and Evia island.

The room was the biggest we ever booked for two adults and two kids. The veranda was equal large. The air conditioning had separate controls for bedroom and main area and was working flawlessly. The room and the hotel in general, were very clean and nice decorated. The breakfast was very good with variaty. The pool was very clean with plenty of sunbeds and ombrellas. We also use the playroom playing table tennis. Recommended for sure for relaxed holidays.

Despoina is a wonderful host. She can teach other hosts how to do the job! The property is same as advertised, cleaned every day during our 15 day stay, close to the beach 3-5 mins walking distance with a good beach bar (Oasis). Despoina makes you feel welcome during your stay, but I won't give the details as you should experience it yourself!

The Hotel is located 50 meter from the beach and 2 or 3 small local Tavernas. The swimming pool is Superb! The kitchennete in the room is basic, but satisfying for daily use for couple or small family. The rooms are very nice and very well maintained. Staff was very nice and helpfull.
Fantastic location just at the sea front, with great sea views from all the rooms. It is just at the edge of the sea front promenade, walking distance from the amenities, cafes and restaurants, but without the noise. The flat has been recently refurbished and is in a great condition. Kitchen has all necessary equipment including washing machine.
To note: there’s a fair number of steps to the 1st floor flat, which may be important if you have a pram or mobility difficulties
