Don’t look any further. This is the place you have been looking for. Situated by the beautiful beach (2minutes walking distance). Perfect spot for exploring Crete by car. Great place if you enjoy stargazing at night, exceptional view from the balcony. Host Eleni has a friendly approach - she came over twice during our visit to say hello. She even brought us homemade food. Her husband Nikos printed out boarding passes for us last minute, so we really felt well taken care of.

Superb holiday place! Very convenient location in a quiet village area, adjacent to a small lovely pebble beach - we had a great swim and sunbathing there without any crowds around. Superbly clean and comfortable holiday house, beautiful garden and terrace - we had lovely evenings with some Cretan wine or beer and mornings with a cup of nice Greek coffee there. Spectacular views of the Souda bay through the bedrooms windows. Eleni was a very helpful hostess and suggested a lovely tavern in nearby Aptera village mi serving delicious traditional Cretan food for a dinner. We had a fantastic stay - thank you!

What a superb location with stunning views. Quiet, birds and scheep sounds. Close to Chania, beaches and Taverna's. A car is a must. The villa is by far the best we had in the last 15 years at Crete. It is unfeasible to explain how complete Villa Thea is. The owner created an cosy and chique atmosphere in and around Villa Thea. Never seen such a place. Lovely swimming pool. The service from the agency is great and very fast. Next year....Yes !

The pool area had a view worth booking the hotel for! Fantastic and quiet location, the house was clean and equipped with everything. Owner is very helpful too.

First of all the host, Nectarios, offered me to picked me up at the bus station late in the evening, because you have to walk up the hill for 20 minutes. This was so kind! And in addition he and his wife, Elena, we're always helpful with propositions where to eat or which place to visite. It was a familiar atmosphere and more than once I was so lucky to meet them! If you're looking for friendly, helpful, amazing host, your just at the right adress in Aptera Hotel!

Wonderful view of the mountains and the valley. Nice terrace for the morning, afternoon and evening sun. Very friendly and helpful host. Plenty of fresh food in the refrigerator for the first breakfast.

Maria, the neighboor taking care of the guests is AMAZING. She made us a cake for our arrival, brought us local sweets, was present for any questions we had! The house had everything one could need for an extended stay, it was spacious, mutliple terraces. The location had amazing views but you have to make sure to have a car, otherwise transportation could be an issue? We just adored our stay, and would def return. The owners were easily reachable via whatsapp or via the booking app if needed
