Great place to stay. House is beautiful and it has everything you need. Nice details, colours, but also useful equipment. Each room looks exactly like in the pictures. On the top, there is great tarrace with nice view, place for grill and jacuzzi. Very good contact with owners - in case of questions you can always write via booking and they help quickly - that was nice :) We loved this place and I already am recommending ot to family and friends.

The villa was in a great location with lovely views of the sea and mountains. A very 5 min drive to the local village and 10 minutes to the beach. Villa is spacious, clean and modern. The Etouri team are available 24/7 to assist with any queries and they're all very nice and friendly.

This house is excellent for a family holiday. Enough space with 4 bedrooms (1 downstairs with bathroom, 3 upstairs with second bathroom) large livingroom and kitchen and a lovely outdoor space with garden, terraces, and a small swimmingpool. The carport is a pluss for having your car in the shadow. The villa is very clean and well mantained. Bed and bath-linnen is changed every 4 days. Beds are good, but a little firm, but you will get used to it. Owners are very kind, welcomed us with fruit, cake, water and raki in the fridge. They are very helpfull. We forgot something and Vaggelio immediatly offered to send it back to us. The village is nice and quiet, 3 restaurants and in a few minutes drive you will find more shops and Rethymno is only a 10 minutes drive. Excellent stay, recommanded!

Nestled in the charming village of Prines, just a stone's throw from bustling Rethymno, this villa was our perfect getaway sanctuary. Manolis, our gracious host, welcomed us with the keys and warm smiles, setting the tone for what was to be a fabulous five-day stay. The villa itself is a masterpiece of comfort and style. With spacious rooms and modern amenities, it accommodated our family of four (two adults and two children aged 15 and 11) perfectly. Each bedroom boasts comfortable beds and individual air conditioning controls, ensuring personalized comfort for all. The living spaces are expansive, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the outdoor area. The pool and jacuzzi were our private oasis, ideal for cooling off during the day or enjoying a serene evening under the stars. The thoughtfully equipped kitchen allowed us to whip up delicious meals with ease, and the outdoor barbecue became the center of our evening entertainment. Location-wise, Rethymno Villas could not be better placed. The peaceful ambiance of Prines contrasts beautifully with the lively Rethymno, only a 10-minute drive away, where we explored an array of delightful tavernas. The villa's proximity to the town combines convenience with tranquility, giving the best of both worlds. Everything in the villa is meticulously planned to ensure us we have everything needed. From kitchen gadgets for home-cooked meals to the plush loungers by the pool, every detail contributes to a truly home-away-from-home experience. We left Rethymno Villas with cherished memories and a promise to ourselves to return. For anyone looking for a blissful retreat in Crete, look no further. This place is not just a stay; it’s an experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic place! You will not get this hospitality level from any hotel! On arrival there was fresh moussaka made by Stella's mother, then in the fridge there were food supplies for at least another meal or two plus juice, milk, wine, beers and a few bottles of water. The house has everything you may need during holidays such as shower gel, pool towels + bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, chess, table tennis, pool mattress, TV, Netflix, mosquito repellent etc. House, garden and pool gives 100% privacy, you will not see other people unless you drive to the village. And then highlight of the day is sunset from terrace and pool. Stella was great, we needed her help on two occasions and she never failed. On the last day we even received some local souvenirs. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Villa Kalliopi is exceptional. We are a large family and we each had our own space on each of the 3 floors. (There are 2 bedrooms on each floor). The villa has lots of cute areas outside too for us to relax, read, eat and play games. We all loved the fabulous pool and the little pool was perfect for the 2 little ones. Marilena and Manos couldn't be better hosts. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect. We really appreciated the gifts they left for our arrival and the shopping they did for us as our flight was late. Their communication was always prompt and friendly. The location of Villa Kalliopi is wonderful. We did a lot of day trips and particularly enjoyed Preveli Beach and Monastery, Lake Kournas, the boat trip from Rethymno Harbour and the visit to Karavostasi Beach in Bali. All are within an hour's drive. The local village of Prines is less than 10 mins away and we ate in all 3 restaurants there. The food was superb in all 3 and very reasonable.
