The property is set high on the hills overlooking Heraklion and the wine valleys .. the view is stunning .. the villa we stayed in was very comfortable and blended in well with the environment.. my husband and I used the pool both days and could relax next to it enjoying the scenery and near by goat herds .. Elena and her husband were always very friendly and what a magnificent spread she cooked and delivered to our room for dinner, catering generously with home cooked vegetarian meals for me and lamb from the farm for my husband .. most of the produce for dinner and the plentiful breakfast comes from the farm or neighbouring areas.. we would definitely stay here again ..

what a beautiful place to stay. The house is just gorgeous. The set up is great and kitchen very well equipped. Village it self and the view is amazing too we took a little walk with a neighbours dog and enjoyed it so much. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming! We’ve got a little gifts and some local vegetables. it’s a shame we’ve stayed one night only. Maybe next year!
