Every unit is equipped with a kettle, a flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box and free WiFi, while certain rooms come with a terrace and some have sea views. At the apartment complex, every unit has bed linen and towels.

Everything was just perfect, Panagiotis is an amazing person to deal with. The room looks like just renewed. bed was new, mattress was new, toilet and shower sparkling clean, swimming pool with sun all day long and just the right temperature. Everything was amazing. The room was facing a very busy street, so we expected too much noise, which was solved closing the windows, after that, no noise at all. They have a 30 cent per kWh usage only for the air conditioning. We used it a lot and only paid €1.50 for 2 nights of use. No problems whatsoever during our stay. You have everything you need minutes away by walk, beach 5min, super market 1min (right in front) an 5 to 7 min walk away, car/scooter/atv hire 2 min walk distance, restaurants, taverns, bars, tourist shops, everything on walking distance.
Tsilivi

Perfect. It had a good location, everything was close: The beach is 10 minutes walk, shops, and restaurants were nearby. The apartment was very clean. They cleaned the room every day and changed towels and bed sheets a couple of times during the one week stay. The host - Mr. Kiriakos - is amazing and super helpful. He gave us lots of recommendations for beaches and restaurants. When our car broke down, he went out of his way to help us get it fixed very promptly and during peak season. Overall we were super happy with our stay!

Tota Studios is located in a really nice quiet area but near the beach and downtown. in general I am very happy to have chosen this place. the hosts Maria and Filippo were very friendly and always there to help . At same time my privacy was respected. my appartment met my expectations; was also very clean with air conditioning and nice terrace overlooking the beautiful landscape.

We stayed here for 10 days with our one year old son and loved it! Andreas, the host, was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for our son (baby crib, high chair, baby tub). There is a lovely garden outside the apartment and we appreciated being on the ground floor as we had easy access to get in and out with our baby. It’s in the best location just a 5 minute walk in one direction to the beach and 5 minutes the other direction to dining, grocery stores, etc. We had originally rented a car and we’re planning on visiting other beaches, going on a boat tour, etc. but just loved the beach in Tsivili so much…calm and shallow water and sandy beach was perfect for baby. You can rent two sun beds and umbrella for 10-15 Euros (cheaper if you go later in day) and honestly this was all we needed for a relaxing vacation (after a year of parenthood walking 5 minutes and chilling on the beach was about all we could handle). All this to say, you can easily spend a week or more in this lovely beach town, and this apartment was the perfect place to call home.

The accommodation is amazing as its off the main/busy area of Tsivili and definitely more quiet. Its smaller and more intimate with around 10 units. It's nice to have a separate living room/ kitchen area and large balcony with stunning views of the ocean definitely very relaxing. Having a washer and a place to hang the clothes to dry was perfect - didnt know we needed it but so happy we had it. Breakfast cooked to order every morning was absolutely delish. Nicos was very welcoming and went over the details of the place and area with us. He was very patient and answered all our questions and offered solid insight, suggestions and feedback with our itinerary and activities to make sure we had a good time. The team are all very kind and professional.

The hotel is incredibly nice, clean and well located. Bed and mattress is super comfortable. The hosts are super friendly and went above and beyond to provide us the best customer service and care possible. I would recommend this place a thousand times. And we plan to go back for sure! Zakynthos is incredible!
