Location is great along with easy parking. Bedding and towels were of very good quality and white which we liked very much. Very clean with a good sized bathroom and bedroom. Very quiet location. With being central we thought it may have had more noise.

Beautiful view. Right on top of the beach. Lovely bathroom, clean throughout. Great kitchen. I also enjoyed the qwerky decor around the apartment. Very lovely place and fantastic location also a very short drive from the High street less than 10 mins.

Lovely clean flat. Amazing hotel quality towels. Everything had been thought of- a toilet roll, kitchen towels, washing liquid and scourer and dishcloth.
It was comfortable and clean. Close proximity to the city center as well. Clean bathrooms, kitchen. Although, the bath barricade is quite small and water could spill out on the floor within the bathroom. I like the fact that you have your privacy.
It's a very quiet location, the room was very comfortable and the kitchen facilities are good. If you want to cook, find a supermarket before arriving, as the nearest convenience store sells milk but not much else apart from alcohol. The host was very helpful on the phone. There are some historic buildings nearby in Old Sunderland.

The building was extremely quiet despite other people being in the other rooms. Once inside the room I couldn’t hear anyone else.
The amenities were amazing- lovely kitchen and beautiful living room.
The location was ideal for our stay, The town centre was a short walk through a beautiful park 2 mins from the accommodation and 10 minute walk from the venue we were attending on the second day, also a very friendly local shop on the corner as it was self catering. The Kitchen was well equipped and the shower was fantastic
The accomodation was comfortable and kitchen was adequate for self catering. Its in a good location for visiting seaham and Roker. The hosts were available if needed.

Diana our host was very welcoming. Loved the fact we had access to the kitchen for self catering and also provided with different cereals, breads and jams for our breakfast. Nice clean rooms, extra pillow on request. Kettle in room, everything as expected. Restaurants and pubs nearby if you don't want to head into town
