It was a self catering property but lots of thoughtful extras such as fresh milk and fruit are provided. The flat is spacious and quiet. All necessary equipment is there so our stay went very well and we were able to relax in between various activities.

The Railway Room- Lovely and quaint ‘downstairs’ section of a cottage right next to a great big park for pooch. Great location with a cafe next door and pub across the street. However, it’s right on a busy main road so not the best for runaway dogs/kids.

We were blown away by this renovated victorian property. The two bedrooms comfortably fit super king beds. Two shower rooms with double showers was added luxury. The water pressure made for a wonderful refreshing shower.
The kitchen and dining area make for a fantastic communal area, perfectly laid out with all the necessary equipment.
Sue & Justin were wonderful friendly hosts.

Everything very comfy it had more than my previous apartment experiences it was more like home .
Self-catering accommodation gives you the freedom and privacy that’s needed to enjoy a well-earned break. From modern apartments and luxury villas to beach huts and eco-lodges, the options are seemingly endless. Cook in your kitchen, read in the garden, or chill on the sofa and watch TV – however you choose to spend time, you’ll feel right at home.
It was only a one night stay, and it met all expectations for that purpose. Marcus is a goo host, we had some interesting conversations. Use of kitchen for the basics, comfortable room, cleanliness and security are all assured. Drawback? it is Milton Keynes,and I would concede there would be justifiable use of a satnav, though I am very much against them.
I cant comment on the breakfast as it was not a B&B Marcus is a great host , even made me a coffee in the morning ! A nice chilled place to stay for a few days . The use of the kitchen was great .
Marcus made me feel very welcome. We had great conversations in the evening. Yet I was still able to have my own space, if I wanted to be alone, and I was free to use the kitchen while Marcus got on with his things. I also had sole use of the upstairs bathroom. It was very easy to find a parking space directly outside the house, and being on the edge of Milton Keynes there were lovely walks directly from the doorstep.
Convenient for travelling into MK, only a few miles away. Great idea by the owners to use a key safe and a message by text with instructions. Kitchen is well equipped if you like to cook or there are restaurants that will deliver. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and tidy as was the bathroom.
