The room and staff exceeded our expectations in every way.
The staff was always ready and available to help, even with small trivial problems not even involving the hotel.
The room was just big enough to still feel warm and cozy. We were on the seventh floor and had a nice view of the apartment buildings across the street. No city view, sadly, but considering the bed is right next to the window, it wouldn't be ideal anyway as it would be harder to sleep.
The room came equipped with everything a traveller could want. No need to pack soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, a quality hair dryer - it was all provided for us in the room. The kitchen also has everything one might need - toaster, kettle, coffee machine, you name it.
The hotel also offers a laundry service!
If you're looking for a small apartment you can relax in while not running around London, this is definitely the place to book. Both Edgeware road and Paddington station are also a very short walk from it.

The flat is huge (for central London), beautifully decorated, very comfortable, extremely well equipped (including Nespresso machine) and very clean. High ceilings, lovely art work and seriously plush sofas add to the luxury feel. Very good wifi. The location in the heart of Mayfair is excellent, with local shops, restaurants and bars. Many sights are within walking distance, including the West End. Green Park tube is only a 5 minute walk, and buses even closer.

The location is impeccable. It is so close to Sloane Square, yet the road is very quiet and private. The Appartments are well sized and extremely comfortable. We had two bedrooms, which were good sized with very comfortable beds. We made good use of the kitchen aswell as enjoying the local restaurants. We also loved the high ceilings and how well kept the common areas were. We will be back.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. Cozy, clean and welcoming. Better than I had expected! Had everything I needed for a peaceful 5 night stay, including the fully equipped kitchenette. The apartment is in a nice location close to the station, with plenty of nearby shops and 5mins walk away from Kew Botanical Gardens. Brilliant communication from the host too.
I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again :)
The place was clean and cozy. Although small, the space is extremely well used, so that we never felt cramped. The kitchen was well equipped with everything necessary to make meals at home. We loved the location, which was overall quiet and very close to Kew Gardens and Kew Station. The shower was also great (hot water, high pressure). The host, Neil, was welcoming, very responsive, and thoughtful. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!
The room was much bigger than expected, with great facilities! Well presented and clean. The ensuite was lovely! We didn’t expect a full kitchenette so that was a nice surprise. We would have bought some food if we’d had known!
