Lovely location and well positioned for visiting many different places nearby. Kitchen was well equipped and the nearby Speyside Ctr is walkable if you fancy a cooked breakfast without the cooking.
It’s cozy, well maintained, Karen is super friendly and welcoming. It really felt like home and it’s quite private. We had self catering apartment and it had all we needed.
High standard of decor, facilities such as kitchen equipment (Bosch) and toiletries. Beautifully clean. Very comfortable bed, easily big enough for two - 5’ I think. Large outdoor seating area. Two lovely shower rooms with powerful showers. Positioned in a very quiet part of the park (though all of the small park was pretty quiet) with greenery behind and felt very private.
Hosts Karen and Alick were very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the area and Scotland in general. The self catering apartment on the top floor (41 steps in the stairs) had everything we needed and more, and our hosts kindly supplied bread, milk and eggs to get us started. The house has been impeccably restored to its former glory and is welcoming as a home away from home. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a luxury stay in Grantown and I would definitely stay there again.
Lovely little house, really nice kitchen, secure enclosed outdoor space for the dog and really great information from the owners about the bothy and local area. Is bigger than it looks in the photos! They also left us some essentials which was great for a 3 night stay.
Loved staying in this lovely quirky cottage in ideal location. Very clean on arrival, all bedding and plenty towels supplied for 3 of us. Staircase, uneven floors and outdated kitchen equipment not for some, I felt added to character of property, made a cooked breakfast one morning no problem, otherwise mostly ate out at Grantown on Speys various excellent pubs and restaurants.
Very spacious appartment , luxury of having three rooms and three bath rooms . Kitchen contains every thing that you desire in your home
MR Ross was always available though the property has such good amenities that we rarely need him -easy checkin and check out
Delighted it is a Wildlife hotel. Exciting though we were not able to use that part. Lovely wildlife photos around and in the bedrooms. The kitchen was very fast at producing our food. Good value.
