The location is at residential area, where is quiet and peaceful but walking distance to local amenities. The house is very clean and neatly. The landlord provided everything you need for a short stay. Since I had not met the landlord (Tim), he was able to response promptly when I had any questions during my stay.

Lovely, house! very clean, quiet and spacious with lots of amenities. Exactly as it's shown in the pictures. Fast internet broadband which was very good for working away from home. The house is in a very good location close to Manchester. Parsonage retail park nearby with lots of Grocery shops. We will definitely, book again.

The duty manager was very accommodating with our late arrival, which we had advised in advance, and he made sure that we did not miss out on our evening meal with the kitchen due to close at 20:00.
Also, Linzi at breakfast made sure that we had prompt service as we had to be on the road early to ensure that we were back in Moscow, Ayrshire, in time for the football match on Sky ... 😉😎🤫

The room was very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was a god send as our stay was during the heat wave. There was plenty of free parking adjacent to the pub. Food in the pub was nice although limited menu due to the heat in the kitchen. Good selection of real ale available.
The Black Swan was so easy to find . It is a lovely building, charming, historic with a modern twist.
The room was lovely, great size shower, feature beams, despite being labelled as economy.
There was lots of space, the decoration was tasteful, with little quirks to make it interesting.
The staff were friendly and helpful, booked us in for an evening meal on arrival as the kitchen closed quite early.
Informal continental breakfast worked for us, and there was plenty of choice.
