Location fab, lovely quiet site, caravan was clean and had everything we needed for a nice 4 day break. Had a journey out to Amble and a fantastic meal at the Cook and Barker Inn at Newton le Moor. Overall it was a lovely relaxing break and the dog loved walking round the lake and in the woods.

Amazing stay. Loved the prosecco and biscuits that were sitting out when we arrived. This place is in a good location to where we ventured to.. Lovely lodge, the hot tub was great after some long walks in the afternoon. The host was very easy to get in touch with, great communication. Great for dogs too, theres a walk just down from the lodge. We will definitely be back.

Spotlessly clean. It was lovely to have a welcome hamper with treats when we arrived. Even treats for our dog.

Everything about this lodge exceeds expectation for the price. Immaculately clean, so well kept and where it is situated on site was lovely. Have to say the owner is also absolutely lovely and so accommodating, would by far say this is the best lodge we have ever stayed in with the best customer service!
The lodge also has absolutely everything you could ever want. Lovely outdoor area, great shower facilities, WiFi, fully kitted out kitchen, even with an air fryer!

Lodge was immaculate. The kids loved it. Free wifi, amazon prime was signed in aswell as other tv apps.All kitchen utensils were in place. Lovely spacious lodge. Comfy beds in every room. Easy to operate heating with the instructions in guest book. Close to the park and small onsite shop/bar. Able to use the other sites buffalo bar and grill if needing food or different drinks options. Peaceful site. Decking was fab. Plenty chairs outside. Soaps and handwashes supplied along with plenty loo roll.
Friendly owner. Great place for children, and well behaved dog. Very clean. Good kitchen facilities. Nice and relaxed. Parking is on street but just outside.

Beds were ultra comfy. The living and kitchen areas are clean with adequate room for cooking and relaxing. The outside patio was great for sitting outside, too. We were so lucky to have wonderful weather during our stay. Lovely morning walks around the small lake with our 2 little dogs.

Rosie was very friendly. The lodge is in a great location in the village and the space is great. My 1 year old loved the play kitchen and the goats too. Handy having the sofa bed too, as it was my husband and I, our little one and the grandparents.
