Location is great, close to the metro station, grocery stores and anything you might need. You can reach the major attractions in the city really easily. The building is a really nice older building, with beautiful elements, the apartment is well equipped, and the host is very nice and helpful.

The location was great. Lovely area to explore. An internet problem developed outside of the building and the host could not have been more helpful and managed to get us reconnected to wifi via a 4G hub. He always responded promptly to our questions too.

Very quick to accommodate us due to poor previously booked accommodation in Lyon. We were able to book and move in within an hour, saving a night of our holiday. Although our of the centre of old Lyon, we could easily walk to restaurants, bus stops, and Metro stop to access all of Lyon. Wifi was great and aircon coped in +40°C heat! Easy walk to nearby Carrefour Express for fresh bread, croissants and decent wine. Very secure gated parking. Stayed 4 nights and would certainly stop here again.

It was just perfect. Larger than expected. Super comfortable and well equipped. Extremely clean. We had all we needed and more. So many great details from the hosts to show guests their appreciation. Hosts were fantastic about responding to messages. Loved the information book they have for guests, so useful!

I texted and sent WhatsApp messages 1 day before my arrival about picking up the keys, but no-one replied. Then 2 hours before my arrival, I had to call the number (and incurred a lot of international calling charges) and all they said was "ok, we will call you back" or "we are working on it." When I arrived I called again and only then they sent me a WhatsApp message with the code to the lockbox. Could they not have done this sooner????
