-Great area, on a quiet street with elderly people around who like to keep the area clean.
-Very nice rooms! Both the livingroom and the attic which was converted in a bedroom make you feel like in a proper vacation home.
-The hosts were also very kind and tried to help in any way they could.
-The fridge also contained a nice little gift which we didn't expect, on arrival!

Anne was an exceptional host, providing us with perfect tips to explore the best local spots. She is also very kind and responsive (she arranged extra fans for us after the first hot day).
The location is ideal for breathtaking sunsets or swimming in the clear waters at Vallon des Auffes. It's just a pleasant bike ride or a short bus trip to the old harbor, and nearby you'll find a lovely bakery, butcher, and small markets. If you prefer dining out, there are good options, or you can bring food home from a nearby rotisserie offering delicious chicken and pork ribs.
We also enjoyed the external balcony a lot!!

The property, an apartment within an old building was very clean, bright and comfortable. It was very spacious for a group of two couples. Beds were very comfortable. Living room and kitchen very spacious with all equipment and utensils one might require. Our favourite was the large patio with access to the outside for a leisurely retreat in the evening. The key collection process was seamless and very accessible. Flavie and Habi were always contactable, so accommodating and responded immediately to an issue with toilet flushing. They were so accommodating with early book in, while also allowing us leave our luggage for most of the afternoon on the day of departure. Location was very good, a short stroll to Saint Charles train station and two stops in on the metro to Le Vieux Port. We purchased a 7 day pass at Saint Charles station when we arrived, for unlimited travel either by bus, tram or metro. Lovely grocery shop across the road and boulangerie down the street from the apartment. Overall lovely memories from Marseille.
