David was exceptional! He provided all the information needed with detailed directions and pictures. His apartment was clean and had plenty of toiletries. The train station was a short 10-minute walk. The internet is quick. There is a washing machine with detergent in the bathroom and a rack in the closet to dry your clothes. Both covered and uncovered parking is gated. We used the covered parking with no problems. Do not let the building or the area concern you. We were out very late and never felt any danger. If the place is available for you to reserve, take it! I highly doubt you will find anything in the vicinity for better value! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks, David!

The Location was the best for the family as its in the middle of the restaurants. A few steps away from the mall and what great restaurants they have close by! The room was so ideal for the family, and has more space than we expected with comfortable pillows and the right temperature for the family. One of the best ones we've had as a family. Perfect place! Great space, comfortable bed, very clean, everything is in very good condition. The kitchen and bathroom are perfect, well equipped, and plenty utilities/utensils were available: washing machine, cleaning products, toilet paper, coffee machine, hair dryer, etc. The host is very kind, he even sent us in advance another set of clean sheets in the mid of our stay.
The locating is close to the Hoche Metro station (less than 10 min walk). There are plenty of boulangeries, supermarket and cafés around as well.
What i like the best - a cat which visited us and slept on the bed😅room was nice furnished to have that parisien vibe. kitchen was equipped with anything needed
Nice and cozy apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. Very nice host, who really takes care of your stay.
With a subway everything is reached quite fast. I'd say it's way better than to stay in 30 sq m, even when closer to the center.
Also on top comes nice view to the city.
