great location , huge rooms , windows in the communal area overlooked the square . I expected parking to be awkward but I was pleasantly surprised at how close to the house we could park for a small parking change.

The property was modern, clean, and in a great location. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were decorated with a champagne theme which looked lovely. The bathroom facilities were great and the jacuzzi bath tub was exactly what we needed after a long journey!
The owner was very helpful and responsive during our stay, and left clear instructions for everything both in the property and sent via a message in advance.

it is a recently renovated apartment, everything looked like brand new. there are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, sleeping rooms and one bathroom/toilet are upstairs, living room, kitchen and another bathroom/toilet downstairs. there is also a small terrasse with bbq. owner is very nice and friendly. Appatment is situated in the middle of the willage, near to the champagne places as well as next to a very nice restaurant.

This apartment is right in the middle of Avize, a beautiful small town in the middle of the Champagne Vineyards. We loved the area. The apartment has everything you need in the kitchen. It was really clean and there are 2 well sized bedrooms.
Comfortable and tastefully decorated house, great for business stays. Easy/free parking on the street. Everything works as it should. The kitchen is well equipped to cook simple meals or to heat up food.
