The apartment was located in a quiet street and had fairly easy access to the train station to get into Paris (10 min walk to station).
The apartment had plenty of space with a large bathroom and kitchen/living area and three bedrooms. There was space for cots too although we didn’t need these. It was handy to have washing machine and drying facilities to use too.
The host was available to message and seemed friendly.
I thought it was far. One hour 20 min drive by car from the Eiffel Tower. Quet neighbourhood. 15 min walk to a local shop.
It' a ground floor apartment in a house. It's not worth (in my opinion) more than ,e120 a night, even less. Just my opinion.
But from what I see coz it's Paris its all double the price for similar.
Needs more effort to get all 5*
Kitchen has coffee machine...Coffee and tea that was nice.
Beds, though, are 5* and we had a great sleep.

The accommodation have an underground car, which kept the car in a safe condition.
The house has a great balcony were you can relax.
It had a well equipped kitchen and supplied with everything needed for a family.
Well cleaned bedrooms.
Internet Issue were sorted the same day.
The apartment is very spacious with 2 bedrooms and large livingroom and open kitchen. Being on the 7th floor with no tall buildings in front you have a panoramic view of Paris city center and La Defense.
At the back there is a large closed off parking place with easy access once you got the remote control for the gate from the apartment.
Good location for this price - you can reach the city center easily in 20 minutes by local trains. Good groceries nearby appartments with good prices. Kitchenware, washing machine and other things are available in appartment, so it allows save money and enjoy Paris.
