In English, so non-Finnish speakers will understand it. Out of all the places I've stayed in over the years, this may well be the first one to earn a full 10/10 from me. Impeccable. Great communication with the host. The apartment was so clean, I could've performed open-heart surgery on the floor. The bed gave me the best sleep I've had in years. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent, however when you book the skylight villa i feel you should be able to park behind hostel as you come down the main driveway especially in winter when you have the snow and walk to contend with. The room is extremely warm and comfortable. I loved Kemi and would definitely come back.

Large and clean room. Nice multi-functional shower box. Wifi works. Big fridge and few kitchen utilities in the room. Open air free reserved parking spot. Easy check-in, well done just getting the codes for the front door and the room door. Straight and simple. Supermarket just next to the property. Nice value for the money considering the country where it is. Plenty of power sockets in the room.
Nice and clean apartment in a quite neighborhood. There is a well stocked supermarket nearby and the kitchen has all basic equipment. The communication was uncomplicated and they were very helpful.
Clean and very comfortable room. Great breakfast with a lot of traditional Finnish delicacies. Staff was polite and helpful.
At the reception area there a free to use coffee maker offering a variety of beverages such as cappuccino, hot chocolate, tea, etc
There is a kitchen you can use to prepare your own food, should you wish.
My hotel room was clean and had everything I needed. I had a good night's sleep because the bed, duvet and pillow were very good. Peaceful and quiet. Spacious sauna. I was able to enjoy the warmth of the sauna by myself even on the public shift. The communal kitchen had cutlery etc. for meals. Cooking could have been done to some extent too, if needed. I can recommend Toivola!
This apartment was a great find in Kemi. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we could need and it was always warm inside. It's in a great location in Kemi making walking around anywhere easy. There is a small washer available to wash clothes and a drying rack available for drying.
Good facilities, nice staff, well sauna and kitchen, not too far from bus and train station by walk, near seaside and SnowCastle, this is second time to stay here and will come back again when visiting Kemi.
