Beautiful house in historical centre. Small signs around the house telling you the story of the items, people or rooms makes the house feel like you are staying in a museum. Lots of added value to the visit of the historical centre of the city.

Having an A/C on the top floor bedroom was much appreciated. We also much enjoyed sitting in the the light atrium.

Everything was perfect. We particularly valued the location. Walking distance to the centre of the Island's capital with many nice restaurants (we recommend the Casino), and around the corner from a safe free parking spot.

The owner for sure - has good eyes for detalis. La Palma/Canary Island style in the house. Nice patio and garden. Very clean. Susan and Laura were amazing and very fiendly and helpful at reccepion desk, every day cleaning service if you need . Big balcony in front of the Ocean which gives fresh breeze to the apartment - I did not use fan at all . The apartment is not new but well maintained and super clean , kitchen has eveything even to make your own juice from oranges , big fridge , cooker , oven , kitchen clots etc. I have been just my own in 3 bedroom apartment and is very spacious with big and nice bathroom, beds were comfy and I slept like a baby. Zero bugs or other insects and quiet nights. Easy access to the buiding by code and you have a lift if you need to use it. The great thing is location , only 3 minutes to Old Town and also carpark at the side of hotel. For me it was almost perfect. I wish to come back there again.

The apartment is lovely, large and very comfortable. We stayed with our one-year-old baby who slept like a log in the smaller bedroom. The master bedroom is a bit noisy at night, that's the only downside of the apartment. We were able to cook in the large and very well equipped kitchen. The host was readily available for all our requests and was able to accommodate us when we needed a later check out.
Very friendly staff at the reception, the room was actually a big appartement including the kitchen, bathroom, everything was clean and the appartement cleaned daily. There was a balcony facing the sea and the city beach as well as the downtown just some steps away (a perfect location). The buffet breakfast was also good.
Perfect quiet place, plenty of space even on the outdoor terrace. Within easy reach of the center, the beach, the harbor and shops.
The accommodation also has a well-equipped kitchen, and there is even a washing machine.
There were no problems with parking.
The apartment is very spacious. Equipped with everything you can move and more. Everything is well-kept, enough kitchen equipment, sharp knives. The beds were very comfortable, the location was very good. Contact with the owner was quick and nice.

Very high quality, modern and luxury finish of the apartment, bed and pillows were very comfortable as well.

Good location right in centre of town (entrance is right on a road - care needed when entering). Easy to find. Lots of space. Big terrace (accessible by quite narrow, steep stairs inside apartment) with sun beds, table and chairs and a washing line. Helpful and friendly communication to check-in and out. Kitchen well equipped for self-catering.
Really close to market, supermarket and opposite a cafe (lots of frying smells).
