House is really well appointed, comfortable and looks as per the updated photos. The pool is private and the area is quiet and peaceful. After comms with the owner we were satisfied the pool would be heated (with the additional payment upon arrival).

Self-catering accommodation gives you the freedom and privacy that’s needed to enjoy a well-earned break. From modern apartments and luxury villas to beach huts and eco-lodges, the options are seemingly endless. Cook in your kitchen, read in the garden, or chill on the sofa and watch TV – however you choose to spend time, you’ll feel right at home.
Breakfast was really good (fruits, cereals, cheese, etc). The common area around the pool is very comfortable, and the kitchen is great if you fancy cooking instead of eating out.
They also lend you bikes for moving around, and that's very practical.
The El Roque little town is close to El Cotillo where you can get everything you need (restaurants, groceries, beautiful beaches, etc).
the property is beautiful, modern and spacious.
The pool was gorgeous, the kitchen was really well equipped and it’s only a short walk into El Cotillo.
The owners were great, easily contacted and helped us out really quickly when we stupidly locked ourselves out.
