A great place to relax near the beach, where you can have a good walk, look at the beautiful sea and have a delicious meal. Thank you so much Julia for the recommendations on places to see in Valencia. It was great! You can have a delicious breakfast with coffee in Mikonos, and lunch in. La Cassola de Marin's. We didn't have time to visit all the places, but we will definitely come back to you soon to see everything. The apartment is warm and comfortable, and thanks extra for the coffee and wine! It's super!

It’s hard to rate this place as it is a beautiful unit in a terrible location. And our host was unable to attend to the unfunctioning AC problem. The hosts were extremely kind and wanted to make sure you were happy. I think they would go above and beyond if you needed something. The unit is beautiful, out fitted well. 2 bed and 2 bath. Beautiful balcony. The hosts recognize that they are way out in the boonies and offered daily to drive us to wherever we needed to go and pick us up. We took a ride into town once but didn’t feel comfortable calling for a pickup later in the evening. While the balcony is lovely, the noise of the highway and the smell of the oil refinery make it less than relaxing. Some staples were provided and laundry soap was much appreciated. Strange lighting here, LED lighting around the entire ceilings in every room, so it’s either dark or lit up like a runway..no other lighting! Very modern. Bedding was really heavy and the second bedroom had 2 different large beds making that room quite tight to move around in. I feel badly giving this extremely poor review to this lovely couple but it was miserable. If you aren’t looking to be active or get out and the AC is working, then it would be great. Again, great lovely hosts just an unfortunate situation.

Great communication with the host. Property was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The bathroom was big with a good shower. Lots of natural light and quiet even being on the ground level. Ample parking on the street.

The location was very handy for public transport (tram and bus). It was in a down-to-earth part of the city, some people might find it a bit run-down but we liked it. The people were friendly, especially in the bar downstairs and there were many small independent shops and bakeries, which we loved. The apartment itself is perfect for up to a family of four. There were nice little touches and it had a homely feel. The kitchen is fine. The only thing missing was a coffee maker - even a cafettiera would have been useful. A good base to explore the city from without being too close the the hectic centre.
