It was in a very quiet location and it was very private. The layout of the apartment was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked for an extra pillow which was brought to us within 5 minutes. We asked for a smaller cooking pan and a brand new one was brought to us the following day. Clean towels were provided every other day and the apartment was cleaned after the first week and fresh bedding provided.

Great proximity to the beach, shops & restaurants, excellent communication with the host, the apartment is well maintained and had everything we needed! Lots of storage, shelf in the bathroom was a nice touch for all of us with lots of toiletries, coffee machine works well! It was nice to have some basic things like oil, salt etc. Another plus was the clothes lines and the lock up covered car parking. Air con worked well in the living room. The balcony had a lovely view too.
In all I can say I would recommend this apartment!!

Lovely staff, great food, very clean, stylish decor. Comfy accommodation. The staff work hard and they are very polite and helpful. We loved it here. Great for families as there are 2 large pools and it didn't feel overcrowded. The beach is a minute away. Easy to get to Ciutadella and other areas if you want to escape the resort. Very relaxing place to stay. We loved walking along the coastline to Son Xoriguer after dinner (bring some good walking shoes for the rocks).

Clean and spacious apartment with all necessary amenities including shop on site for fresh bread daily. Property location is amazing. Couldn’t be closer to everything! 1 minute walk to marina , shops , restaurants bars etc!
The Complex is gorgeous end apartment with a little grassy area perfect to sit out on your loungers / chairs . Pool is amazing so clean and we had it to ourselves most days! Bring your own pool towel , apartment didn’t have any .
2 mins walk to the beach from the side gate ! Supermarket 2/3 walk so handy!
No bins in the complex but bins provided on the road round by the beach so no big deal.
Apartment is perfect for 2 could maybe do with some wine glasses & bowls that’s about all it’s missing! There is a washing machine & clothes rack also.
Max was so fantastic with contact! Anytime we needed anything he replied straight away, even accommodated us with late check out !

The location was amazing, breakfast was various and tasty, nice pool and the closest beach was also nice.
We had the double room apartment with sea view and it was totally worth it for the sea view, the spacious balcony and the mini kitchen. From what I understood, it was recently renovated.
The only downside was the WiFi connection which was not really good.

Clean & tidy. Very relaxing. Great vibe. Food was tasty. We loved the location and that it was nice to have a stroll around the harbour. The rooms were of a good size and handy that they had a kitchen. Having an adults only hotel in the area was ideal, especially during the summer.
Everything was excellent, the apartment, it's modern design, kitchen has everything you need, the beds are very comfortable, air conditioning, great terrace and the views. Special thanks to Modestino who is managing this apartment, for his kindness, flexibility, willingness to help with everything. It was one of the best family vacations ever.
Great little apartment, we had everything we could need for our 10 night stay, well equipped kitchen and bathroom and the beach towels and brolly were a bonus.
Location is great, quite at night but close to amenities, 5 minutes walk to couple of supermarkets and 10 minutes to marina and both beaches on either side, plenty of parking. Overall great value.

Clean, comfortable, with enough of a kitchen to self cater without problems, lovely terrace with sun and shade, peaceful yet so close to two great beaches and many restaurants, supermarket at the apartments had everything needed and the staff were really friendly and welcoming
The apartament was big and the kitchen is spacious, it was great that every room has its own air conditioning, you can also rent a barbecue, and you have a commonly place that leftovers of the previous guest are stored. So if you need some oil, salt, things that wont go bad, etc. You can find them there and you also wont throw away good food.
A basic self catering apartment with a nice pool and mature trees and plants, balconies and ceiling fan in bedroom and living room. Quiet development. Good bed and shower / water pressure. Grocery Shop for essentials on site.
