Location only 5 minutes walk from Santa Maria beach, 10 minutes in to the town. There's a nice walkway along the beach that leads to the pier. Hosts always very quick to respond to any queries. Apartment complex well maintained with nice gardens and super clean swimming pool. Very quiet location, & corner balcony on the third floor. Also very handy having a mini market on site, open til 9.30pm.

Loved the location of this property - less than 5 minutes from the main beach and 5 minutes walk to the centre of town. They offer an airport-transfer taxi (for 20 euros) which meant a hassle-free arrival. Hosts were amazing, on site if you required advice or help and would promptly reply to text messages. The outlook from the balcony across the pool area was terrific. For most of our stay (11 nights) we had the pool to ourselves! The whole communal area/pool was immaculately maintained. The kitchen/dining area/lounge area was well equipped and spacious, English channels were available on tv. During our visit the urbanisation was very quiet with a mix of visitors and permanent residents who were very friendly. There is a cafe (By Valeria) at the entrance which offers a good menu of food and drinks, and there is an English bar (The Britannia) within 100m walk.

I go to Sal sometimes and it's one of the best if not the best place i stayed in Espargos! Clean and comfortable space. Quiet place and you have lots of restaurants, bars, etc around the area...you can go by walking and it's near! Really good host as well!

Cook in your kitchen, read in the garden, or chill on the sofa and watch TV – however you choose to spend time, you’ll feel right at home.
Really beautiful villa with roof terrace and a sea view. Super king size bed, great shower, very spacious. Proper kitchen, wifi was good. Wish we could have stayed longer. Near to a mini mercado with an ATM, and a very short walk to the swimming pool (not sure if we were allowed to use?) and bar. Recommend asking the host to organise a taxi.
Location is fantastic, Murdeira is a beautiful, peaceful place with wonderful beaches and views, almost no people there. The Apartment is well located just a few steps from the shoreline. It’s about 10 mins on foot from the main beach and pool. Its spacious too, consists of a living room with kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Very friendly and helpful hosts, also let me check out later that you would usually expect. Would stay there again for the price I paid even though there were some small inconveniences.
