Beautiful location in a residential neighborhood. Very quiet at night. The room was small, but sooooo comfortable. Everything was clean and enjoyable. The host is wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed plus information on what to do in Valdivia. If I knew it would be this comfortable, I would have booked a longer stay just to enjoy it a little longer.

The hotel/hostel is exceptionally well located, if you're travelling by bus, as it is pretty much next to the main bus terminal. The staff is really nice, there's a kitchen area and the wifi works well. They keep the place spotless, and also provide gas heating in the winter.
Sam, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. Fairly close to supermarket (15 mins) and centre (US$2 for taxi to bus station if you don't fancy the 30 min walk). Kitchen equipped with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, fridge, and toaster, plenty of cutlery and crockery available. Spacious living room with dining table. Plenty of blankets in bedroom (needed!).
I liked the fact that it was very clean and tidy.
A fresh and quiet environment, where you can also just help yourself outta the kitchen.

Great hostel. The rooms are spacious, they have lockers and each bed has some privacy. Toilets and showers are clean and work well. Kitchen is equipped with the necessary things and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. Location is close to the bus terminal and walking distance to the centre.

The location is really good and the room is nice. The kitchen is small, but ok to make breakfast etc. All appliances worked well. The staff is really nice and friendly. The instructions how to enter the hotel etc were really good. Everything looks exactly like in the pictures.
