I´ll write in English so that everyone can understand the most important: STAY at this apartment. Even if you are on a budget, try to please yourself and your mates here because you´re not going to regret a single day. We 3 people stayed at this apartment for 4 days and everything was splendid. Location couldn´t be better: 2 supermarkets in the area, lots of restaurants, money exchange agencies and almost everything we needed in a short walking distance. Our host was attentive, nice. The apartment is beautifully decorated, beds were excellent, the same for bathrooms. Parking lot was easy to get to. We also had superclean towels and bed clothes. That´s a very safe, central area and I recommend it enormously.

This is a hostel from a fairytale. The best I have ever stayed in, the atmosphere was lovely- with the fires, reading lamps and library it was like Christmas. Proper coffee 24 hours, crispy clean sheets and towels, kitchens equipped for chefs, spacious rooms, possibility to take a bath, and most of all the lovely Valerie at reception, who really cares about each individual traveller, what a warm place! You won't regret booking many nights here.

The space is cosy and comfortable, and warms really well with the log fire. The attention to detail in both decoration and amenities through the whole cabin is also noticeable. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything needed to cook in. Communication was excellent, with very fast responses and helpful local tips for us during our stay. It is a perfect place to enjoy the peaceful surroundings, we’d love to come back sometime!
Our favourite hostel so far in 10 months in South America! We felt so at home here, staying cosy indoors while it rained. Well equipped & clean kitchen, good organisation of each person's food. Inviting living room with spacious dining table. A few different spaces to hang out in which we appreciate. Soft lighting! Characterful interior decor! The staff were really friendly and had plenty of reccomendations of what to do in the area too. Thanks for a lovely stay!
I paid a very low fare for a single room for a single night only. It was really tiny with a tinier bathroom, but it was exactly what I booked, just as shown in the photos. So I consider it was perfect. Clean, with a full kitchen to share, in a central area and the bonus was that my room had a tiny window overlooking the volcano :)

Very responsive and friendly host, and accommodated a very early check out due to flight times.
Easy check-in, staff really friendly and helpful. Hostel was super clean, we had a private room with a private bathroom separate to the room. Kitchen was really well stocked and there was free tea and coffee!

Location is super central, close by to Puerto Varas downtown, with a huge supermarket just around the corner.
Staff is super friendly, providing already prepared and structured information on what to do in and around Puerto Varas.
Shared bathrooms were always spotless. Communal kitchen is fully equipped. Also possible that more people cook in parallel.
