Perfect location, close to Georgetown. The beach is amazing and what a pleasure to get out of your cottage and jump in the ocean! Go for an oceanview beachside villa, it is worth it. Cottages are very comfortable, well fitted, and extremely clean, like the rest of the resort. The private beach is very nice, clean, quiet, and we spotted lots of fish, including barracudas and moray eel, and turtles. The staff is very nice and effective. We rented a car at the airport to move freely across the island and a self-driving boat to roam around Stocking Island (10-15 minutes by boat from the resort). Both are quite affordable. There are two supermarkets nearby, one downtown (Exuma Market)

Clean, newly refreshed/renovated and had all the necessities. The location is good as it is close to George Town as well as has a beach across the street and the turtle beach is just 1 km way. And as an extra bonus, it has the best family owned diner next door - you absolutely have to visit it :) also, quick response and great care provided to any questions or concerns raised by the owner. Loved the location! It comes with a shared pool and honor bar! So lovely! The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Room were spacious and loved that Kelly provided beach towels, games, bags! Kelly was very responsive and helpful during our stay if we had any questions and helped out with lots of recommendations, whcih was great we almost did everything she mentioned! :)
