We booked through booking . com. Received a text msg from Loraine. The key is in the locker with a code , level 1 room 4 at 12.30. So we arrived at 3 only to open the doors to a dirty room , bed no made, towels on the floor in bathroom , big bag of toilet rolls on kitchen bench. Very disappointing. So I tried contacting Lorraine's mobile and left messages several times without any reply, only to receive a phone call later that evening. She apologised, saying the owner stayed last night and obviously it hadn't been cleaned. So I called reception and the lovely lady there said she had the room next door free for us if we would like to take a look and have that one which was exactly the sane type of room but beautifully clean and a lot cheaper. So I told Loraine that's what we are doing and would like a full refund on the room we originally paid for.

Loved how the house was set up with toys for the kids and games for the family to do together .

We didn't have breakfast as we didn't know it was on offer. The room was plenty big enough. It was very quiet and the fact we had the kitchen next to us to make a cuppa when we woke was excellent
The location is fantastic ,Amazing sunrises over the marina.The accommodation was clean,and well-presented with great kitchen facilities, comfy sofa and bed.Loved sitting out on the balcony in the sun!
The property is exactly what the photos show - Beautiful view, accessible to all places, great parking, safe for children and feels great. Loraine is wonderful with her communications and very helpful. She accommodated a special request from me since it was my wife’s birthday. The sofa bed was great for the kid. The TV has great channels , the kitchen amenities are fab. Just a place right for any kind of traveller.
Roomy cabin overlooking the water. Within walking distance of restaurants and supermarkets. Adequate kitchen facilities for preparing meals. Quiet location next to the ferry terminal.
The Caravan Park was very clean and tidy and was in an excellent location. The cabin that I stayed in was quite new and was very clean, as were all of the kitchen items. Bed was very comfortable.
Staff were so friendly and the cabins were brand new and just wonderful!! A stunning place to stay, kitchen facilities, massive TV, comfy bed, sparkling clean bathroom. The furnishings were new and suited the room perfectly. A wonderful cosy place to stay right on the beach. This location exceeded our expectations and were were very sad to only be staying 1 night, so we will go back for a longer stay in the future!
Hotel was in a great location, walking distance to everywhere. No fridge in room but hotel had a communal kitchen. Room was comfortable but not a lot of space.
