Luxury on Webster is a spacious, well appointed apartment with absolutely everything you need - and more! We stayed in the middle of winter and the heating and bedding were super cosy and inviting. The cleaning and food provisions were very generous and kind. It made us feel very welcome. Webster street is a beautiful wide, tree lined street in Ballarat within close proximity to the town centre or lake Wendouree. We would absolutely recommend a stay!

Location was so quiet and secluded similar to being in the country. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Kitchen pantry and fridge was well stocked on arrival! Beautiful decor.
Absolutely loved the roominess of the property, so much space. I was worried about keeping warm, but when I worked out the gas "fireplace" it warmed up very quickly. We just closed off the rooms that we didn't use. It's on a "main road" but you wouldn't know it when we were the house in early August. Didn't hear any traffic as we had the house closed up as it was so cold. If you have 2 families it is ideal as you definitely can have your own space. I loved the kitchen, and the big table, massive couches, etc
We liked the size of the accommodation and facilities. It was cold, and we were a little worried about heating in the further parts of the house, but it worked out okay.

Our lovely host meet us upon our arrival and even offered to help with our bags. He was also helpful with showing us around the house and explaining all the heating and kitchen appliances. He made us very welcome and responded quickly to any other questions we asked during the period of our stay. I would be very happy to recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay there again
Lake Esmond is a gorgeous spacious well thought out space with everything you could need! Comfortable luxurious beds, well stocked kitchen, laundry. All of the trees on each side of the wraparound courtyard make you feel like you are in a forest getaway. But 5mins drive from the centre of ballarat.
