This quaint old village, with a stupendously picturesque medieval church rising on a wooded hillock above the nearby fields, is easy to miss as it is (a) by-passed by the main road and (b) the cheaper accommodation is on the outskirts.

The town is old and has a lot of character.
The town is old and has a lot of character. Close to St.Moritz (5 min by car or train). I don't think the train goes very often. Easy access to the ski field. Kiddy slopes with magic carpet are for ski school only. Very very disappointed about this. Even when they are not using it.

Charming and nice village in the Engadin valley, not as fancy as neighboring St. Moritz and with only a few shops and restaurants, but enough to get by for a week of ski holidays.
Good kids ski school, easy access to the slopes with the Marguns gondola, ice skating rink in the village center.
Recommended restaurants, Cresta Run and Bo's Co.

For people visiting St.
For people visiting St. Moritz, Celerina can be a place to stay at. Most hotels in town are well equipped but at lower costs than St. Moritz. Switzerland is expensive and European networks do not cover this area. So please either rely on wifi or but a Swiss simcard if you do not believe (or can not read) conventional paper maps. There are many mountain sports in nearby area and the town itself is very beautiful and quiet away from touristic crowds of St. Moritz. There are not so many eateries so check that your hotel room has a kitchenette, one can buy basic groceries from Celerina but would recommend to buy it from St. Moritz railway station grocery store as it remains open for longer duration.

Celerina is very close to touristicly more famous St. Moritz and moree resonable in price. Ther is a bus every half hour to St. Moritz and also a train about every half hour and it takes only a few minutes to get there.
The apartment was located at the top of Celerina which gives you immediate access to several beautiful hiking trails. The apartment was super clean and spacious with modern kitchen and bathroom. Quiet, comfortable, easy check in and out...perfect experience and Celerina is a great central location for superb hiking and access to Pontresina, St. Moritz (next village over), Silvaplana, Champfer etc....(we had a car and there is ample parking.) Nicola, the host, was highly responsive. Really recommend this place.
we loved the cozy home with modern design and traditional woodwork. It was close to the children’s ski hill at Celerina and there is a bus stop, small grocery store and good restaurants nearby. The bus to St Moritz is quite frequent and the hockey arena with cafe was directly outside our front door. Don’t forget to use your LOGA card in the hotels for discounts on food and drinks!
Clean and well equipped with items to cook dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also liked the free travel pass included with stays of 2 or more nights which were value to go up the mountains. 10 mins walk to Celerina station and 5 mins to Celerina Staz (although it is a stop on request station). Quick 5 min bus ride into the heart of St Mortiz.
The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices fruit juice ,cereals ,variety of different bread, cheeses, jams ,tea or coffee with charming service . The room was comfortable and quiet . Receptionist was helpful and friendly . I have skied for 47 years Celerina is part of St Moritz ski area so plenty of different areas to pick from
Extraordinarily friendly and hardworking receptionist and breakfast attendant (same person). Small but cozy room with powerful heating and large, clean bed, and small WC/shower (no washbasin) in the room. Surprisingly nice breakfast including a range of hot beverages. The hotel is easy to reach on foot from the train station.
It was cozy accommodation. We had a small studio where was a separate complex of toilet and shower built later to the room.
It was peaceful to sleep and the bed was comfortable. Nice views to the mountains.
Short walk to the Celerina railway station.
Good breakfast to start our day.
Friendly staff, young lady.
Great value for the money.
Location is perfect for skiing in the Corviglia/St Moritz resort. You can walk to the valley station in 10 minutes or drive in 2 minutes.

The location of the hotel, room decor, spacious, clean room & last but not least - excellent & very friendly customer service. Would definitely recommend Chesa Rosatsch. Thanks to Andrea (He was very friendly & provided very useful info)
The apartment was excellent for 3 to 4 adults, with views over the Alps. We made full use of the kitchen and washing machine. A very good apartment overall. Celerina is a beautiful town right next to St Moritz.
The Hotelino is located just few steps to the ski slopes of Celerina/Marguns, this location is privileged, the rooms are awesome with a full kitchen. all that and an incredible staff makes a perfect place.
Mistakenly led to a stay in Celerina (Looked for St. Moritz. It turned out had a nice experience in a beautiful town. Nice staff, yummy breakfast, easy laundry and so much more
