The decor was amazing and the bed was super comfy. We’re considering buying the mattress and bedding!

The location was ideal, bang in the middle of everything. Our deluxe double was great, with an added bonus of being a ground floor room with our own little garden, with table and chairs.
Room was beautiful, wet room shower (obviously catered for disabled), but was so nice. The bed was a King size and one if the most comfortable beds I have slept on. We had instant access to the bar area which was handy. Lovely white towelling robes although we didn't get to use them. Breakfast was very well organised and very enjoyable. Good adequate size plateful of the English breakfast which was just right, but great menu choice of other breakfast available.
Friendly staff and Gemma was lovely and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

The location was excellent as it was near our friend’s place and the town centre. Kitchen had everything we needed and the flat was very clean. Liked that it had a garden area that can be accessed by guests.

Clean & quiet with friendly staff. Good breakfast options
Faversham, is steeped in historic buildings. Some areas are pedestrianised. On Saturday there is a wonderful local market. It is an easy, interesting town to walk round and we printed of the town walk before we went which was interesting to wander round. Plenty of parking in the town, both short and long stay at reasonable rate. Most seem to use the Ringo app. The Sheppard Neame Brewery visitor centre and brewery are in the heart of the town and worth a visit. (book tour). The is also a gunpowder trail walk that you can download and follow (the gunpowder mills played a significant part in the towns history). Well worth walking down to the Quay where there are further retailers (small artisan type) and toilets/refreshments.

Faversham is a lovely town with an interesting history and amazing different architecture. Lots of little shops and cafes and charter markets. St Marys Church has 14th century wall paintings on a pillar.
Excellent eateries too - they are popular so be sure to book an evening meal!

Lovely town, loved the old buildings and that fact it was easy to walk around. The Albion Tavern by the water was excellent as was the Spice Lounge Indian restaurant in the town. Convenient for local trips to Canterbury and Whitstable Beach.

Faversham is a very pretty historical town.
Faversham is a very pretty historical town. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants and it is wthin easy reach of the Kent coast by bus, train or car. Most pubs and restaurants are dog friendly and on the people are very friendly. Eating out varies from pub grub to one expensive but recommended restaurant The Phoenix. Prices suit all purses.

Love Faversham, but unfortunately I came home having got bedbug bites, so not very happy as you could imagine, also they never contacted us regards no breakfast, so we had to eat breakfast on Weatherspoons.
Great location, ample parking, friendly, welcoming and hospitable staff. Fantastic food (we had an evening meal there on the first evening which was absolutely excellent) and breakfast was great too. The hotel is located in a small village with a high street of a few amenities, including a bus service to Canterbury, and is located between Canterbury and Faversham.
Our Room (Room 7) was lovely, cosy and comfortable. The White Company toiletries and the homemade shortbread were a lovely touch. All in all, a great stay and would happily return!
This really was a hidden gem, following the sat nav down into a former port area, but suddenly there was a row of three story houses and Creekside B&B. Off road parking, a warm welcome from Sharon and a lovely ensuite room overlooking Faversham creek and its boats. Continental breakfast ws excellent and Sharon provided information on where to eat in the evening and made suggestions on what to see and do. We did the town tour which we really enjoyed. Thank you.
Faversham is well worth a vist and we hope to return to Creekside.
Stunning looking hotel and spa set in the Kent countryside with a beautiful golf course - The views from our room up the 1st and last holes were great . Staff were lovely and very helpful, The room looked amazing, the touches like electric curtains and huge tv were great - the bed was INCREDIBLE and the softest most comfortable we’ve ever been in !! Also highly recommend Sarah and her team who gave us the best massage :)
We loved the restaurant areas as well, great service, drinks and food.
This was a great place stay. Sharon was such an excellent host and extremely helpful. The room was lovely, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was good. The breakfast was generous with a great selection. I also very much enjoyed talking to Sharon in the morning, and she was incredibly kind and gave me a lift down to the town centre because it was raining so hard. Cannot fault this place, highly recommend.
We loved everything about The Sun Inn. The decor, the rooms, the food, the location everything was spot on. The car park nearby is very handy and reasonably priced. The breakfast was excellent, good quality ingredients cooked well. The food in the restaurant was good also and we loved the outdoor seating area in the evenings. The staff were very friendly and Brendan made sure we had everything we needed.
Good breakfast (English and continental)
Since we had a dog, they were so kind to put us in a separate room where our dog could relax on the floor while we were eating in peace. Excellent customer service!
The concept of the hotel is like a motel. So we had the car parked in front of our room, which was extremely convenient to access our luggage when needed.
We thought this was a real gem with friendly staff, a warm welcome, spacious room and bathroom and an excellent location, just a short walk from the town centre. The possibility of parking on site was particularly handy. The bar area was comfortable and quiet with a good range of beers and other drinks and the freshly cooked breakfast was much appreciated.
Perfect property for someone a bit doddery on their legs. Flat access and one storey for all rooms. Beautifully designed. Very very comfortable and considerate enough to add a Xmas tree and decorations. 5 minutes from faversham. Added bonus of feeling secure in covid times. Absolutely spotless private space. Loved it.
The fact that as advertised the hotel was very Dog friendly . They treated our dog as another guest providing a gift bag for him in the room . We were able to have him with us for breakfast in the bar area and were made to feel as welcome as other guests.
The staff were excellent and great customer service.
Exceptional cooked breakfast including vegetarian and vegan options - one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. The room was spacious and comfortable and was equipped with everything you would expect. We really liked the mattress and both slept extremely well! We had a nice big bathroom with a bath too.
Well appointed, had everything we needed plus more. Very comfortable space for our group. Our car battery died during our stay and the hosts gave us a jump start and made sure we had a contact number in case it died again. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay here again.
Booked this lovely hotel for my partners birthday, was a last minute booking and couldn't be more pleased, lady who checked us in was lovely and so friendly, also the lady who served us in the bat area. Breakfast was extremely yummy as well, we will defo be back again.
The apartment was clean, spacious, good facilities and the location was perfect.
Debbie our host was very friendly, attentive and very informative about things to see and do in and around Faversham. A great weekend, would stay here again.
It's an old pub and rooms are full of character, not like your perfect but clinical chain hotels. Owners were charming and breakfast was very good, so was dinner. Certainly I would go there again.
The position was fine directly opposite the train station. The room was and bathroom were spacious. Breakfast was average. My daughter asked for poached egg on toast but got full English anyway.
Copton Thatch Lodge was very easy to find. It was very comfortable and although close to a road it wasn't noisy. Nice spacious shower and great garden for your sole use.
A great little find
Food and spa facilities were amazing. Staff were really accommodating and helpful with booking restaurants and carrying luggage. 10/10 stay would definitely come again!
The beautiful view and charming tiny lanes emphasising history, character and charm re this historical little corner of Kent re Hop growing and the history of it all.
