Zefiros Traditional Hotel, hotel in Paleokastritsa

Zefiros Traditional Hotel is a small, traditional family-run hotel, beautifully located right by the beach. The hotel has a romantic, old-fashioned style, and all rooms have sea views.

Very nice little hotel, very well maintained and exceptionally clean. Location is very good, 50 meter from two nice beaches. A couple of good restaurants are within 2 minutes walking. All the staff is very helpful. The breakfast is excellent with freshly squeezed orange juice, very good coffee (different types), and many choices of food- including a healthy one.

Akrotiri Beach Resort Hotel - Adult Friendly, hotel in Paleokastritsa

Built on a peninsula overlooking Agia Triada Beach in Palaiokastritsa Village, the 5-star Akrotiri Beach Resort Hotel - Adult Friendly features a pool , a beach bar and free WiFi in public areas.

The views from this hotel were stunning even from our room’s balcony. The amenities and offers were amazing - various decks and sunbed areas to lounge on both at the hotel and the beach (free for guests). Breakfast and dinner buffets as well as an in-hotel restaurant and bar. There’s also a beachside restaurant affiliated with the hotel. By far the best part about this hotel is the staff - warm, welcoming, and so helpful. As I have celiac disease, I was worried about cross contamination of gluten with the buffet, I explained to the staff and chef my concerns and if there were any accommodations that could be made. The chef went above and beyond - he even cooked me a separate plate. For every meal, he made sure I was taken care of and knew what my options were. Chef George made our stay here absolutely worth it.

Absolutely stunning views from our hotel.

Absolutely stunning views from our hotel. Not touristy like the other places we visited. We loved our walk up to the monastery. Some wonderful restaurants nearby. The green bus stop is just across the road for a trip into Corfu town. We ate at Limanis for three nights, and Nicos for one. We hired a car for two days from Friendly Car Rentals.

Its a beautiful spot for relaxing, crystal clear water, really peaceful beaches, no heavy drinking boozy culture- obviously you can drink but its so laid back and theres no loud nightlife and boozy brits. We did lots of hiking into the mountains (up the donkey trail into Lakones), swimming, snorkelling and eating amazing and really reasonably priced food in tavernas. We went into Corfu town, which was great but I would have been happy to spend the whole time just in Paleokastritsa because its beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Nikos and Dolphin Tavernas were our favorites for food, Yialos for morning coffees on the beach and Kathys supermarket was very well stocked.

This area of Corfu is gorgeous!

This area of Corfu is gorgeous! The water is clear and beautiful! Visit the Monastery to see some relics from the 1600’s and gorgeous views! The Monastry Cafe has beautiful views and a delicious cocktail menu. Boats are available to rent. Snorkeling gear is available for rent from the gift shop near the boat ramp. But unfortunately we didn’t see many fish in early May.

Paleocastrica- it’s nothing like picturesque village.

Paleocastrica- it’s nothing like picturesque village. It’s big parking sides with lots of cars and coaches ,very busy Lots of abandoned ,rusted cars and boats just left on the sides of the road . Paleocastrica it’s a port where tourists are coming to rent a boats for a day trip Beaches are small, not clean , very overcrowded. Sea waters are polluted because each beach it’s a station for lots of boats There is no decent place to eat . It’s looking beautiful on pictures, but different when you’re there. Disappointing

Great views and a couple of nice beaches. The hinterland is beautiful with some good hiking. Town is a bit haphazard and untidy. Totally closes in the off-season. Closest supermarket (good) 2 kilometres, cafe 3 kilometres, restaurant (great) 5 kilometres away

Paleokastritsa is an absolute gem of a destination, and my recent visit left me in awe of its beauty and charm. The natural beauty of Paleokastritsa is truly breathtaking. The clear, turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea meet the lush, green landscape, creating a postcard-perfect scene. The jagged cliffs and numerous small coves and beaches make it a haven for nature enthusiasts, photographers, and sunseekers alike. One of the standout experiences in Paleokastritsa is visiting the Monastery of the Virgin Mary. Perched on a hill overlooking the village, the monastery offers panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding landscape. It's a peaceful and spiritual place that provides a glimpse into the region's history and culture.

When we arrived our room was occupied. But hostess was so kind to find a better room for us quickly and without any problems. And I am grateful to her for that. So I can`t say nothing about room facilities, cleaness etc. But there is one thing I must say: if you planning to visit Corfu, you should stay in Paleokastritsa for a couple of nights at least. Beautiful coastline and baysides, neighbor villages - you have to see it. And once more thank you, kind hostess! (sorry, I forgot your name:))

We travelled via scooter from south east corfu up to the Paleo inn for a quick little one night visit. We love this place having stayed there pre covid via package holidays with Tui. We love the beautiful relaxed setting, stunning view, amazing staff and family. Our favourite place in Paleokastritska ❤️❤️❤️As always we left with lovely memories of this quaint and quirky little hotel. Made more special by the people it links us too. Can't wait to return as soon as we can.

My room had the most beautiful view over paleokastritsa. The place is in the BEST location. If you take a 2 minute walk down from the property, you reach a quiet and beautiful beach. There is a great supermarket (supermarket Kathy) 7 minute walk away and the bus to Corfu main/old town is right outside the property also! Vasilis is a lovely host who assisted whenever I had any requests or needed information.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right by the beach and a range of restaurants, shops and boat trips. The bay is busy during the day but quiet and relaxing in the evening. The view of the bay from our room was gorgeous. The Greek yogurt served with honey and walnuts at breakfast was delicious. Easy to book competitively priced car hire at reception. Regular and reliable bus service in to Corfu town.

Stavroula is absolutely lovely. The location is uphill, prime and exceeded our expectations being only a few minutes walk from some of the most beautiful beaches. The view is spectacular and the apartment is located directly across from a supermarket containing most of what we needed (Kathy’s). We were very impressed by the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. Overall a very positive experience!

It is a lovely place, near all the best beaches in Paleokastritsa. They are all 10-15 minutes away (walking). The place is super clean, quiet and with an incredible view. The people running the place are all extremely nice and helpful. To reach the apartment you need to climb a bit but the view is priceless, so it is absolutely worth it. Incredible location! Beautiful view! Comfy room! Best goes out to the host however! She was so much help and always had a smile on her face! You know you have an incredible person working for you when I’m on vacation in Corfu and because of her and that positive and cheery aura, I come back to hang at the hotel bar! Highly recommend! Great location, great hosts. This is the perfect area to explore the island with all the best beaches around. The landlady cleaned the property every day, gave us very good suggestions for restaurants and also gave us cucumber from her garden, which was awesome. It is of great advantage that the house has its own parking spot.
