Can Pastilla, in the midst of it all!
Location is definitely one of the best assets of Can Pastilla, considering that it’s situated a 5-minute drive from Palma de Mallorca Airport and a 10-minute drive from Palma’s Old Town. Although today sun lovers populate its golden beaches and hotels, Can Pastilla was only a small fishing village 60 years ago, no more than a hamlet growing around the small church of San Antonio de la Playa. It is also fair to say that Can Pastilla is relatively calmer than other resorts in the area.

The hotel was nice and clean, only one think, they need strong chemicals to use in the bathroom, the rest was very nice, yummy breakfast, I was surprised how much selection of food, very unusual for 3* hotel, the breakfast was very tasty , not far from the airport, 4 minutes by taxi, we arrived night time, the taxi is €15, if you arrive day time just take the bus for €5 per person, the hotel is round the corner from the beach, shops, restaurants!

The hotel facilities are quite nice, including the outdoor and indoor pool, rooms, bar etc. The area is very quiet with most of the population/tourist demographic being elderly. The only minus I would mention is the fact that there are no tapas served at the bar, which I believe to be an essential in a pool-side hotel bar in a Spanish island and the fact there is no drinks/food service after hours. It was peaceful pleasant calm and the people were so friendly kind and happy . It was lovely to be able to watch the sun goinf down eating dinner . Found an amazing place looking out onto the sea and marina - was calm and very good for lone travellers never once felt afraid or alone . Perfect for couples or anyone who wants a calm break away from fast pace life - calming and tranquil to a fault ! This Hotel is just perfect, the food is lovely, lots of choice for breakfast and evening meal, good standard. Every member of staff is polite and cant do enough for you. In my opinion this hotel could easily be a four or five star establishment. Can Pastilla is a lovely resort, quiet and with a chilled vibe, and best of all its 10 mins from the airport! Popular places are a bit far from each-other however if you like to ride bicycles then you can rent an ordinary or electric bike. Be careful about rental companies, there are expensive and also cheap places that you can rent exactly the same bicycle with double/triple prices. Public transport is also easily possible. I also recommend to attend tours to the caves and to the mountains. If you are interested in wind surfing this beaches are exactly for you. P.S. The Palma Aquarium is 400m from the hotel. Clean and comfortable room. The balcony overlooked the beach and pool area. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were descent with a huge variety of meals. The highlight in the restaurant was Esther, who look after the grill. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. And for 25 euros we could check out at 18.00 rather than 12 latest. This made it easy for us as our flight wasn't until 21 25. Also being adults only made it a more peaceful place to chill by the pool. Will definitely go back. Covid permitting. Really was close to the beach cross the road and you are on the beautiful beach.

It is very close to the airport but also a minute walk from a beach. Staff was very polite and always there for us. Room was very clean and with a beautiful view from the balcony. We were suprised with a welcoming gift from hotel - gratis breakfast and 1 hour spa treatment which were also very good!

The price and value is really good. The balcony is a really cool thing, i got the pool view, but i could sunbath there in the afternoon. Easy to reach the hotel by the A2 Bus from the airport, 10 minutes and costs 5 Euros. The beach is literally 2 minutes by walk.

We stayed one night as it is close to the airport and easy to get to. The price of a taxi to the airport is about 15 euros. The room had a hairdryer, toilet paper, clean linen, towels and a working air conditioner.
