The hotel itself has an authentic Old Town Phuket charm with the lobby, internal courtyard and common areas seemingly kept as they always have been. They do feel relaxing and away from the lively street vibe.
The room facilities are good, air conditioning functional however areas could benefit from a paint job.
It is value for what you pay for sure and the minibar and complimentary snacks are a lovely touch.

Absolutely incredible, by far our favourite part of Phuket overall. The Sunday walking market was fantastic with so many authentic Thai dishes and lovely handmade items. The vibe was truly special and super memorable. If you’re visiting, you absolutely must visit The Library bar - the drinks were fantastic, reasonably priced and the bartenders do really impressive tricks by spinning and throwing the bottles as they make your drinks. Also visit the elephant jungle sanctuary - Nancy the tour guide is super knowledgeable and funny, and she really elevated the experience to the next level.
If you’re flying out of Phuket airport, make sure to visit the Soi Dog Foundation (it’s just a short trip from the airport). It’s completely free to do a tour and you get to play with the most adorable puppies, but don’t forget to donate to their cause.

1 day is completely enough, there are far better places in Phuket where you can spend your time during your vacation. The old town is interesting and they have a Cat cafe if you love cats, you would really enjoy it! There are other nice cafes and shops where you can buy souvenirs and post cards.

I stayed in Old Phuket town, which is the quiet side of the city and my hotel was a walkable distance to most places. I do however wish I could’ve split my stay between Patong and Old Phuket town, to get the whole experience of Phuket.
I enjoyed the Sunday night market, the vibe and food was really amazing. There are so many affordable nice cafes to visit around Old Phuket and sightseeing places.
Really had an amazing time and would definitely come back to explore some more

The Sunday market is brilliant.
The Sunday market is brilliant. Starts at around 4pm and goes on until 8 or 9pm. Phuket old town isn’t a party town and most places shut around 9-10pm.
The architecture is beautiful to see and adds another level of interest.

For lovers of relaxing vacations, Phuket has a lot to offer in terms of beaches, sea life, food and nightlife. It's not as crazy as Bangkok and that is a good thing if you are looking for some r&r, but it's still close to some of the most beautiful views and snorkeling spots in Thailand.
The Xinlor House is a nice, modern hotel in Phuket, which had everything we needed during our stay - big and comfortable bed, solid blinds to keep the sun out in the morning, enough storage space and a spacious bathroom. The room was clean and the staff were incredibly nice. The hotel is within walking distance of the key tourist places in town, but is located on a quiet street, which makes for a relaxing stay. Also the automotive design concept of the hotel is truly impressive - so many awesome details everywhere. Highly recommend!
Breakfast was very good, selection of fresh fruit was abundant (and staff checks on your coffee-preferences immediately as you walk into breakfast area). Another plus was that breakfast/restaurant area is practically on the beach, 100% outdoors. The rooms and layout of whole hotel area was nice (almost like a mini-jungle). Tennis courts were rugged, but you could play.
Pools and beach were clean + although the hotel was almost fully booked, there was always room everywhere.
This property is all you need for a short stay in Phuket Town. The staff is absolutely amazing. The couple that runs the hotel is very charming and extremely helpful. I have not received such a customer service never before. They rent scooters and will exchange currency to make your stay more comfortable. Also, this hotel has the best bed and pillows out of all of the hotels that I had stayed in Thailand.
The Memory at On On Hotel was truly memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff greeted us with a delicious welcome tea and escorted us to our beautiful room. There were many interesting artifacts to admire in the lobby and lounge areas which highlighted the history of the hotel. The Mem Cafe had delicious special drinks which we enjoyed while looking out at Old Town Phuket.
Very good breakfast and the Hotel staff was the nicest and friendliest we met in whole Thailand. The room was big and the bathroom was nice as well, shampoo towels and everything you need was provided.
The location is awesome just a few minutes to walk to the town and 10 minutes to the pier by taxi
Scooter rent is just around the corner, same as many nice restaurants.
- Staff: the staff is very friendly and offers exceptional assistance.
- Rooms: spacious and very clean rooms
- Shower: probably the best shower we've had in Thailand.
- WIFI: good and reliable WIFI, allowing seamless streaming of movies and YouTube. However, daily re-login is required due to the nightly 2:30 AM reset.
- Pool area: the pool is big and very clean.
Nice and cozy boutique hotel just 10 minutes walk from the old Phuket town. I didn’t use a terrace but I really like to have it :) Bed and pillows are comfortable so it was so good to relax after a long day of waking. There is a common area at the second floor and a nice cafe in the first floor. Staff is super friendly and helped me with the early check in.
I’m shocked how good of a hostel this was. AC on whenever, common room had ac. A few free snacks and coffee/tea. There’s an elevator! I’ve stayed in a few hotels here in Thailand and they didn’t have elevator. The restaurant downstairs is great. Clean female dorm and bunkbeds. Enough space. Clean bathrooms, you get a towel. Also very nice staff.
easiest place I have stay in, in Thailand so far, all done by a QR code system. the QR code is sent to you once you have sent a picture of your passport to the management. use the QR code it get in and out of your room and the building. easy and that. rooms where clean and nice and some of the cheapest we have stayed in
The Elements Boutique Hotel is a peaceful oasis in an urban jungle. Located very conveniently to most of old town Phuket's attractions and visiting points, it offers a cool and welcome retreat from the heat and the crowded streets outside. It's clean, it's cool and you are always greeted with a smile. We loved it!
This was probably the best hostel I stayed at in Thailand. Very clean, very nice facilities including air conditioned rooms, comfy beds and outlets next to each bed. There's also a kitchen on the first floor and easy access to Old Phuket Town and its many restaurants. I definitely recommend.
Great staff - very attentive, kind people! They can help with many things. Cleaning is good, pretty big pool (by Thailand standards), interesting talkative people all around :) the hotel is in the center of the island and that gives you opportunity to visit any beach on a rented bike.
I had a fantastic, spacious room with the spectacular view of the city. Great sunrises and sunsets. I loved my stay there. The bus stops to the beaches are 15 minutes away. Central Phuket is quite nearby.
Daily cleaning and very helpful and nice receptionists.
A very good value for money, that's the cheapest 5 star hotel that I have ever stayed at. Rooms are a bit old looking, but the room is spacious and very concenient to work or oeat because of big table. GIGANTIC and well equiped free gym, warm pool.
This is a very clean up scale hotel. With big comfy rooms. Atleast 2 resurants, impressive exercise room. And a big pool. The best part is there roof top bar that gets you the best seat in the city, that only hotel guests get to use.
Super friendly staff and a really well equipped and spotless hotel and rooms. Easily one of the best hotels we stayed in throughout Thailand. Around 15 minute walk to Old Town. Very good value for money.
The hotel staff were lovely. The room was really nice with great aircon and a nice breakfast for only 150 baht per person. Location is also great as it's super easy to walk into Phuket old town
This the best hotel room we stayed in on our 2week trip to Thailand perfect in every way for our last night before travelling home. wished we could have stayed longer . Highly recommend
Everything is in walkable distance, so you can directly return to hotel after shopping at Sunday market.
The café downstairs is excellent. They serve the best coffee in Thailand!
This was the nicest hotel we stayed at in Thailand. The bed and pillows were so soft and comfortable. The staff was so attentive and friendly. Nice breakfast too.
