Сool little town with friendly people, different restaurants and cafes, big and small shops, great food market, marina and promenade by the sea. I recommend for a couple of days, also to visit the thermal springs in the mountains once. Get to Yalova by ferry from Istanbul in 1.5 hours. Everything is cheap and easy.

It seemed like a good place to be.. there was cheap transport wid variety of places to eat.. the Mrs was pleased with the shops and tbe kids were pleased with the entertainment available.. the city appeared to be a safe place for families and children.
