Breakfast wonderful---superior to any other hotel offerring I had in Greece. Perfect Location easy to get to ferry and to all things along waterfront including restaurants. Perfect location for wandering the unique streets. Property was pristine. Loved the courtyard on the second floor outside my room. It was in a busy area but with the shutters on the balcony windows/door never an issue as to noise and during the day it was nice to have the doors open. Reception very helpful and friendly. There is no elevator but they helped me with my luggage up and down. Room was brand new it seemed. Whole property updated and like new

The island is big, but you can go everywhere easily with public transportation, the bus station is near to the port and they have very clear schedules, the buses leave on time and you can pay by card for the tickets. It has less tourists and the restaurants are also very good in price and quality.

Parikia is a good place to begin your travels of Paros. it is a convenient location to base yourself in as there is a bus terminal that allows you to take a short ride to Naoussa and surrounding areas. Overall, we preffered the small village of Aliki for a longer stay, as it was quiter and had a more relaxing vibe. The beaches in Parikia were not overly special, and I would not advise staying here if you desire luxury scenery. If you wish to visit the nicer beaches, definitely hire an ATV. Overall, Parikia itself has affordable food and accomodation options.

Parikia used to be the black sheep of the family concerning Paros villages. Eveyone told me that Naoussa is the best place to be. I beg to differ. Paros has come under a big progress restaurant wise and is one of the few greek islands where you can have so many options in dining, especially italian. The only thing missing from Parikia is a bar or club where people can dance all night. It's the puzzle piece that will complete the upgrade.

You wont find a decent restaurant even tho there are numerous ones to choose from .......... I have been to numerous locations in Greece and so i can speak from experience. With a constant daily supply of new customers (many doing island hopping) restaurants are being lazy and charging for having olive oil on my table says it all ....

Rent a car in advance because there are 30 taxis on the island. The bus worked well, however, they had a schedule that sometimes did not work for everybody. Restaurants in Parikia are not all not good and it depends on what are you looking for.
Our stay at Kontaratos studios and apartments was absolutely wonderful! George and his wife are the best hosts we have ever had. They are incredibly welcoming and go out of their way to ensure that your stay is perfect. Their compassionate customer service is top notch. The room was everything that we hoped for. The third floor veranda gave us the best view of the island. The location was ideal as it was a short walk to port and many bars and restaurants in town. We would highly recommend Kontaratos to anyone visiting Paros.
Christina and Maria are so hosts. Christina answered all my queries prior to travel. All my requests were granted. You just have to ask what you need and she will provide in the best way she can. Very relaxing atmosphere. Location wise, you can never go wrong with this location as it is very near with supermarket for your immediate needs, near bus station going to almost everywhere in Paros, and near the ferry/port (about 5 min walk depending how fast you can walk) when you have to go to other islands.
Spiros was one of the most helpful hosts I had in Greece. He gave me information about things to see in Paros, places to eat, clinic locations. He also called and set up my horse riding excursion, and also helped me with the ferry reservations. Even after I left Paros, he gave me his card so I can contact him if I had some issue. Meanwhile, I stayed in two rooms and was satisfied with the 2nd room especially. I had a lot of space in the bedroom section in both. Overall I was very pleased with my stay here.
I have been to Paros many times and very familiar with the area.
Comparing the accomodations on offer in this area Hotel Zannet was the best by far at the time.
I was only expecting the basic .
We received a warm welcome from Nicholas who offered us water , ran up the stairs with our heavy bags and showed us to our room. Well wow ...bathroom big, bed huge, room big and wow what a view from our yes big balcony.
Hit the jackpot!
Couldn't have asked for anything more. Best value I'd give it a 9.5!
The two owners were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was very modern and big. The pool was very nice. They bedroom opened up onto the pool which made things very easy. The hotel offered a rental car service aswell which made it easy to explore the island. The two owners also gave us very useful tips for Paros including restaurants and places to see and do. Location was ideal, just 5-10 minute walk to the main town/port.
The hotel is located in Parikia in Paros, in a good location towards the north of the town. It's within a street along with many other hotels. You walk into a small reception area with the host who was very nice and checkin was fast. The room was nice, double twin and size was average. The room overall was older yet clean and comfortable, but the bathroom was heavily renovated and was modern and clean. I would recommend this place.
The Helliniko Hotel in Paros is in a great location: a short walk from the port and city center of Paroikia, but in a more quiet spot close to the beach.
The hotel itself has a great garden with a pergola to relax in the shade, the rooms and comfortable and very clean.
The best part though is the staff, who are very friendly and made us feel welcome, giving us great tips for local amenities. Definitely a stay I would recommend!
Giorgia lodging is all about Massimo as you have surely noticed from previous reviews 😄 He gives Giorgia lodging its "extra mile".
He picked us up and dropped us from the Paros port for free. He helped us with ordering an ATV and had it aslo arrive and picked up at his property for the least worries for us in order to enjoy our vacation!
Other than that, the property is few minutes away from the center of Parikia by ATV.
This a great hotel an easy 10 minutes walk to the beach / restaurants and another 10 into the main town / ferry port. The hotel itself is really nice and kept very clean. Our room was huge, albeit a little dated but still very comfortable and clean. The staff were really nice and helped arrange a hire car for us to explore the island (and Antiparos). For those not wanting to drive the bus stop is right outside the hotel.
Everything was exactly as pictured. The host was incredible, Dimitra exceeded all expectations… she offered a helping hand whenever needed, got us anything we asked for in a very timely manner and she baked us yummy goods every morning which was a fun surprise always. She kept the place clean… felt like we were at a five star hotel… would definitely recommend her home to anyone who comes to Paros!
Super cute family run hotel with the very kindest of staff. After just a few moments of arrival beautiful Lisa made me feel relaxed and welcome. Yannis is a star and after I decided to extend my stay made arrangements so I could keep my lovely room. I hope one day I will return to Paros and this is where I will always stay. Come to Paros.. yiati oxi.. :)
The location is excellent, just steps away from the ferry port and directly across the bus terminal, making access super simple. Staff was friendly and helpful. The on site breakfast was an excellent spread. Room was bright and airy and i liked the design of the hotel which is perfect for Paros
The view from the balcony was incredible! Especially from the hot tub! The host is incredibly sweet and helpful and very accommodating! The island of Paros is absolutely stunning and offers some of the best food and historical sights in Greece!
Staff is great and Manos in particular a very nice guy that will tell you the best places to go in Paros. Close to rent-a-car/scooters, cafes, restaurants and two steps from the beach. Parikia beautiful center only 5 minutes walking.
Fantastic hotel and staff! Would highly recommend! The owner recommended restaurants to try in various areas in Paros! He offered to drop off our luggage so we didn't have to go back to the hotel to pick up and walk to the port!
Great hotel for a stay in Paros. When our ferry was cancelled they helped us the whole day for new accommodation and even brought us there. Very helpful staff and good clean accommodation.
The property was very cute and gave you an insight to the aesthetic of Paros island. It was within walking distance to the main area of Parikia, and was good value for money.
We were so pleased we booked Stella hotel with our room overlooking the bay, close to restaurants, supermarkets, old Paros town and walking distance from the ferry.
