Everything but especially the outdoor wildlife and rustic cabin look. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good with large variety. Was hands down the best place we stayed all week long on our trip.

This space was as described. It was a generously sized room. I wish we had more time there. The communication with the owner was fantastic when travel was delayed and we wouldn't arrive in time for the office to be open. Could not recommend this place more.

There are some very rude people in cody Wy. They do not like tourists. They will cuss at you on the road , they will ride your bumper, yell obscenities to you. It's sad , with out tourists, cody wouldn't be what it is today. I used to love cody , until the residents started being more than rude to people from other states. If we stopped coming to cody, wondering how much of a ghost town would cody turn into.

I am from Wyo. and am in Cody frequently, so I can't really comment on length stayed. We are usually in Cody for things that "normal" travelers are not. We are here for sports, to see friends, and other such things.

I loved the location, the motel itself and the rooms were great. Couldn't ask for anything better and the value for the cost was fantastic. I had mixed reactions for the staff. The gentleman who checked us in for the evening was great. Seemed to go out of his way explaining things and getting us into the room we booked online. However, the lady working the desk in the morning double charged my credit card by mistake (according to her) but didn't attempt to fix the charge even though she knew she had made the mistake. The manager had to be called to make adjustments and I'm still waiting for the adjustment to be cleared after 4 days.

We were there toward the end of the season.
We were there toward the end of the season. Our purpose was to go to the Whitney Western Art Museum in the Buffalo Bill Center of the West. It actually had 5 museums and we went to four of them. My husband loved the Buffalo Bill museum. I did love the Whitney, but also the Natural History Museum. In addition, Cody is only 58 miles from the East entrance to Yellowstone, and the drive there is spectacular. We had not planned on going, but we did end up spending a full day there. Cody is definitely worth a stop.

Prices very high.
Prices very high. Got the impression people there liked you only for what you would spend. Very crowded. No place to eat because of the glut of people there. The Buffalo Bill Museum of the West was good. Enjoyable time spent there. The Chief Joseph Highway was awesome. Otherwise, the rest of this highly priced resort town is not for me. I will not return.

Excellent gateway location for the East Entrance Road in Yellowstone National Park. Also, a good starting point for Chief Joseph Scenic By-way and Beartooth Scenic Highway. There are so many things to see and do around Cody that one trip is certainly not enough!
The Scout Inn does provide coffee in the mornings, although no breakfast. The laundry facilities were convenient. They were able to accommodate us when we decided to stay a couple of extra days to take tours of Yellowstone, by moving us to another room. While we had a problem with the room rate when we were moved, they worked to adjust the rate downward for us. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient to downtown Cody. We could walk to restaurants and shops.
The bed was HUGE and very comfortable. My husband is 6-7 and he slept like a baby. Well we both did. The room was very clean and we will most definetly be staying there again. We would like to bring our grandchildren there. The hotel clerk was as cute as could be and very helpful in getting the reservation checked. Very friendly. Would and will recommend this motel to other family and friends.
The views were great, you could see the mountains and the Shoshoni river! The room was spatious and nicely decorated. The bathtub was a great size and very comfortable. Staff was nice. There's a shooting range right in front of the hotel with historical guns I also recommend. There's a historical trail right next to the hotel along with a recreation of an old western town.
Great hotel with large comfortable room, well appointed with a fridge & microwave, which is useful when you are someone travelling who has food intolerances & needs to keep their own food fresh. It meant I was able to use these at breakfast, as options for me were limited. Having a coin operated laundry was really beneficial too for travellers.
Nice and new hotel. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is nicely located. It is easy to reach the highway to Yellowstone, the Rodeo and downtown with the Buffalo Bill Center of the West. A supermarket and a gas station are near by.
The room is very spacious and the pool area is very nice.
Living area separate for bedroom.Hotel doesn’t have a pool as far as we could tell but there was a nice sitting area outside . If your looking for new this is not the place for you however if your looking for a decent reasonably priced hotel this is a good fit
very clean room aswell as hotel in general. this smell was actually really pleasant and almost welcoming. getting to cody in the dead of winter was really cold, but are heater had no problem keeping are room warm against the below zero temperatures. Nice view!
The hotel was clean, nicely decorated, and did offer breakfast options. The only hot breakfast they have is the waffel option. This hotel is in a great location with resturants close by within waling distance. It is also close to atractions in the area.
Staying in the hotel was an experience in itself! The authentic ambience and character was exceptional! We would definitely stay at the Chamberlin Inn if in Cody again. Breakfast was good and the proximity to town made such a short stay very convenient.
Best location in town, plenty of towels, big rooms. The staff are second to none, truly lovely people! I must have spent an our chatting with Kim on my arrival at check-in. She shared some excellent recommendations on what to do around Cody.
Room was clean. Water pressure was amazing. The owner was super nice and attentive. The other hotels in the area were outrageously priced. This one met our criteria and was well appointed.
The Cody Hotel in Cody, Wyoming was decorated beautifully. There was plenty of parking and the free breakfast was decent. There is a pool and fitness room which we did not use.
Lovely staff who helped us with changing rooms to something that suited us better
nice coffee on the house
Clean room, good wi fi, good facilities
well located within Cody
Beautiful hotel. Clean, spacious rooms, awesome breakfast, large pool and hot tub. The staff were exceptional! Wonderful lobby and breakfast area without of food options!!
