Excellent location, the shuttle busses made hiking days very easy. It was great to come back to a clean room each day - so many places don’t offer daily housekeeping and although not necessary it was nice. Meals in the restaurant were good too

Great location so nice and close to the national park, only a 5 min drive to the entry. Also plenty of shops, restaurants, general store, laundry, pool and activities very close walking distance. The rodeo was also only 5-10 min walk away and was awesome.
I ended up booking another night to stay longer.
Comfortable room, microwave and fridge. Good beds and nice and quiet. Very cool little town.

Great location outside Tropic close to Bryce Canyon with terrific views. Spotless apartment clearly lovingly looked after by the owners who live on the floor above the apartment. Well provided with all needed to cook with lots of extras provided. And was special to see the house through our binoculars from Bryce Point in the National Park.
This is a must-see national park
. It is best experienced by hiking its trails. However, the shuttle system will take you to all trail heads if you just want to look. The surrounding area doesn't offer much in the way of restaurants - Ruby's is probably the best.

Rooms are good and clean. Spacious parking space.
Rooms are good and clean. Spacious parking space. But no Washing machines, no Hot water was coming on this day when we stayed. The hotel was professional enough to monetarily compensate us for the inconvenience caused due to no hot water. I appreciate this gesture.

We toured all five Utah's parks over two trips this past summer and fall. Zion is our favorite but Bryce is a close second. Both have awesome scenery, one looking up and one looking down. We are "geriatric" hikers, found both the Bryce zig-zag trail to the bottom and back up, and the Zion trail to Angel's landing, reasonably well maintained and challenging. We were on a schedule so basically had one day (after an early morning run from St. George) to take in the marvelous views and do our hike before checking in to Ruby's Inn. Convenient, reasonable, and memorable, a find for two seniors on a budget.

This is one of the most beautiful areas.
This is one of the most beautiful areas. The hotel was clean, and pleasent. We had the biggest continental breakfast ever in a very nice barn.
There was inside pool and hot tub but we didn't have time to enjoy we spent most of our time in the national park.

The room and facilities were NOTHING like the photos.
The room and facilities were NOTHING like the photos. The bathroom loo seat was broken, the room itself was tiny with little room to walk about.
The quality of furnishings was poor.
The decor was tired to the point of being worn out. The room had clearly not been refurbished since the 1970s and was NOTHING like the photos which were clearly misleading.
The entire experience was poor. There was no option for breakfast and calling the restaurant a “restaurant” was a stretch. More like a cheap cafe.

Amazing!
Amazing! I've always wanted to see Bryce and it doesn't disappoint. The views are incredible. Took a trail ride to the bottom on the canyon and the guide was very knowledgeable of the area and made the ride fun.
The room was clean and comfortable; we slept really well here. The beds were comfy, and the place was quiet. The location is fine, as it is just a few miles to Bryce Canyon NP. The hotels around Bryce are all overpriced, and this one is a pretty good value in comparison to those. It seems to be recently renovated.
Everything, everyone was great. Could not have picked a better time to travel to Bryce Canyon and stay at the Ruby’s Inn. All the staff was very helpful. Even stayed an extra night. Which was very easy to get the extra night and stay in the same room. They made that work out well.
Room was clean and spacious. The rate was reasonable. Excellent location. The shuttles of Bryce Canyon National Park have stops nearby. The National Park is just 5-10 mins drive from here. The staff was very friendly and explained everything clearly.
The hotel is right outside Bryce Canyon and can hardly be more convenient.
It was very chearp as well.
Ruby's Inn is a couple of hundered yards away and you can eat well there.
The staff were quick to respond to an issue we had with the room.
Not far from Bryce Canyon National Park.
Nice Staff.
Restaurant on site was helpful and convenient.
The individual cabins looked really nice.
Outdoor Pool and hot tub on site looked nice but we didn't have time to give them a try.
The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Easy check-in/check-out and the staff was nice. 10 minute drive to the closest town and the Bryce Canyon National Park, which was awesome.
fantastic localisation, just at the entrance to Bryce Canyon!
very nice, clean, comfy rooms.
Hotel restaurant - 10/10, very good breakfast included in a room price.
Nice, helpful staff.
We stayed at this hotel on our trip to Bryce Canyon National Park. You can't beat the price and proximity to the park. The pool and breakfast was a great plus with the family!
very clean, stylish hotel. Good breakfast options and amazing jakuzzi outside. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Bryce Canyon is about 5 min drive - great location.
The hotel is very close to Bryce Canyon and there is a Mexican restaurant right across the parking lot. Hotel is very clean. Sea and coffee available in the lobby.
