Breakfast is excellent. Scrambled eggs, sausage (link and patty) plus potatoes. in addition, yoghurt and bagels rounding out the menu. All well prepared and presented. Decaf coffee where many hotels don't provide that.

The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed visiting the pool. We highly appreciate the covered parking which helped us to feel very safe. The general decor is appealing but also well thought out with lots of areas to sit in the lobby. We love the set up of the rooms. It is great to have a lounge area in the room. The staff were very friendly and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

Traffic is very congested and highways are full of aggressive speeding drivers. The outerbelts are crazy. People have little respect for each other. Modern city with lots of new restaurants and bars. Easton has a lot to offer. Lots to see and do.

I attend the Columbus Ribs and Jazz fest (a 3 day event) when I can. On my first attendance my opinion of Columbus drivers was they are the rudest drivers in Ohio. I won't change that because to do so would be risk to my life. On this last trip I dated the opinion: Columbus drivers are the rudest drivers east of the Mississippi river in America. They have gotten much worse, more aggressive, less respective to speed limits, less respective to interstate right of way at speeds exceeding 70MPH, and the number of rude drivers has gone up by 2,000%. To drive on an interstate in Columbus is more risk than Boston, LA, or San Francisco. And, for no good reason! My next planned trip to Columbus is 'NEVER EVER' and for good reason.

The downtown area is clean and felt safe, which is rare for a major US City. The area we stayed had nearby restaurants and bars. The Convention Center and Nationwide Arena was within walking distance. We definitely plane on returning for a longer stay.

Downtown Columbus has expanded significantly into a destination area that has a good mix of pedestrian and non-pedestrian accessible activities. Like any urban downtown it needs to focus on safety and security for its residents and visitors.
I loved almost everything about the hotel. The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful. Our room was extremely nice and new with many updates. The bed was the best bed I've slept in in a hotel. Housekeeping cleaned our room without being asked both days we were there. Most hotels don't when only staying 2 nights unless you ask for it. The room was huge! We had 2 queen beds and there was plenty of leftover space to put up a king or queen sized air mattress as well. Nice separate closet and huge shower in bathroom.
This was by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. The room was incredible, the pool was heated and very refreshing. The breakfast in the morning was great and the staff was amazing. It was a great location for all of the things we anted to do like the Columbus Zoo. My son it was his favorite hotel ever. We had a 2 room suite which was a long rectangle with the living area in the front, kitchen and bathroom in the middle and 2 queens beds in the back. My son loved the fact there was a blue ray player.
The place is very close to the university, a 5-minute walk away. the area is very safe. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. They have a coffee machine at the entrance that is amazing, it works 24/7. The rooms are small but comfortable, with everything you need and storage space. the kitchen is wonderful and huge, there is one per floor. the laundry service is great and cheap. the staff is great and friendly.
Perfect location near the main city, brought our bikes and perfect place to keep the car. City is not as bike friendly as other major cities, but the hotel itself is very convenient. Was clean, perfect small size for the price and nothing to complain about. Still a college town so we got to view a car crash from our hotel room, expect to be near intoxicated college kids.
I was pleasantly surprised by how nice, clean, and up to date it was, considering how much I paid for the room. The price was super affordable and low cost. Way cheaper than some of the surrounding hotels. I will definitely come back. Also, the staff was super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this amazing hotel to everyone.
This property was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom and the walk-in closet are spacious. The building is secure and the parking is ample. The price is a fantastic value in a great location in Columbus, especially compared to all the dirty, overpriced hotels with no amenities we encountered while traveling.
The basics are there, fridge, microwave, comfy bed.
It was clean and the hotel staff was friendly and helpfull. Really close to the airport.
On arrival there was no hairdryer, and all towels were missing but housekeeping provided both quickly.
Rooms are spacious and aircondition can be set and is working well.
I liked the room set up . The bed is hella comfortable.
I love the glass shower . Housekeeping was nice , only thing is they mainly all speak Spanish , good thing I knew how to speak Spanish . The breakfast by far was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had since Covid hit .
Na- came out here for work- Our first room was not ready- 2nd room had LITERAL BEG BUGS CRAWLING UNDER THE COVERS MY BF AND I LEFT AT 2AM AND SLEPT IN OUR CAR WORST HOTEL EXP OF MY LIFE. Also advertised a pool & its closed, no ice machine at all & prostitutes everywhere
I like how spacious and clean the room was. This hotel is very clean. I really like the continental breakfast. The food selection was good. This hotel is conveniently located to downtown Columbus with several restaurants within walking distance.
Superbly designed hotel, exceptionally comfortable rooms; very helpful staff.
Despite the constant ambient soundtrack, the comfortable lobby furniture, fireplace, ample natural materials and corn-blue walls make for a soothing berth.
I was staying to visit a friend in the area. The location was good because it was only a 10 minute walk away. A decently sized bed, nice bathroom, and clean space. You can't ask for much else out of a simple 2-star hotel.
I staid just one night for a business trip. The room was very big, huge bath and shower. The building is an historical landmark and the furniture is adequate to it. I had breakfast at the hotel. I can recommend it.
The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and our room was very nice and comfortable. The location was just outside of downtown Columbus, so it was a short drive to all the places we wanted to visit.
I was told no housekeeper available. The roo. Was dirty. The towels and shower looked dirty and I will never boom a room here again! They are literally a 1 star hotel.
