The pool was closed.
The pool was closed. There was construction right outside our window and was woke up at 7:00am. Didn't oder us a different room. Safe was broke. Front desk didn't know how to fix it. We went to a military swap meet at the airbase and only stayed one night at the hotel. We would have liked to stay atleast 2 to 3 nights but had another engagement. The swap meet was great, my husband restores military HMMWV'S so we were on a mission to get parts. It would have been nice to wander around more, next time!AAnonymous - 8.0Scored 8.0

Ate at a great, local restaurant downtown. Just stayed the night in town as we were coming from Harpers Ferry and were going to see Antietam National Battlefield the next day. An old town with a lot of character and history dating back to the 18th century. The downtown area a a thriving A & E district with lots of unique dining and drinking available. It is the county seat of Washington County, yes that Washington and home to a particularly delicious local food staple that can only be found in this area. You'll have to experience this for yourself. The locals call it a "steamer". Just one of many delightful surprises to behold in Hagerstown.ToddUnited States

The hotel was filthy it took me 45 minutes to find my room. No map available when I pulled up I watched an obvious drug deal. There were over a dozen prostitutes out back at night. The hotel was filthy I found a half eaten pizza under the couch.. by far the worst hotel ever. The temperature in hallway was 94 degrees when I arrived. It is always clean. I can smell just a hint bleach in the linens and the towels. I like that they have no carpet in the rooms, so I don't have to worry about allergens trapped in the rugs.
