Booked this hotel for a 13hr transit from Santiago Airport. The cost was much cheaper than the onsite airport hotel. It had a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back again so happy to save some $$$.
The reception was great. The restaurant was fine and suitable for the establishment.
Very happy we booked this hotel instead of sitting around in a transit lounge.

Santiago is an awesome city. The people are wonderful and there are so many great restaurants. The metro system is the best in South America - clean efficient and safe. I would recommend la Biferia for excellent wine and steak, and la giratorio for something a little bit gimmicky but also awesome.

Interesting city with easy access metro system.
Interesting city with easy access metro system. Highlights included San Cristobal Hill for the view and the main square. Due to the issues with pickpockets and street crime, it does require being hypervigilant with your valuables. We were touring the area around the Central Market when a local man approached us (2 women) and warned us that we were not safe in that area and needed to leave. Uber was the best way to get around and very cheap.

I had my necklace grabbed off my neck in the middle of the day near the main square. Very high crime rate. I did not feel safe walking around even during the day and came home straight after dinner each night. We liked Lastarria district at night for dinner. Sommelier Hotel rooftop bar was great although very heavy smokers everywhere.

I was very overwhelmed (in a good way) by the vibrancy of the city. It was very clean, safe, with nice people and great weather. I had no idea what to expect but I am already thinking about when I can return!

Great city to visit surrounded by magnificent mountains.
Great city to visit surrounded by magnificent mountains. The funicular, garden on top of San Cristobal Hill, teleferico, various shopping areas can be easily accessed with hop on/hop off bus.
Did not like Santiago Airport. Not because it is big, but because comfort of passengers was not considered as its first priority when designed.

I remember when I first visited 9 years ago it seemed like a much more new, vibrant city. Might have been my younger self rather than the city but the city felt very old (not in the cool, good way) when we went this time. The pre-Colombian museum is a must visit, but other than that I wouldn’t really go back. The food scene was okay too, aside from some great spots. Other international cities I’ve been to have left me overwhelmed with options, this city did not. Also, we really wanted to take a wine tour but the prices were insanely expensive to go just an hour outside the city and operators I contacted were not responsive.
It is an awesome apartment right in the downtown of Santiago, Chile. It is in about an hour ride from the airport and literally 6 blocks away from the Chilean president residence La Moneda palace. 5-mins walk to either of 2 grocery supermarkets. 7 mins walk to the Military museum. A 10-min walk to the subway/main street. And the best part is the pool on the roof (22 floor) 10am-8pm.
The appt. itself is clean, neat, and modern. A good city view from the balcony with Andes mountains in the far.
Highly recommend.
The property is excellently close to the airport without the fees an airport hotel would charge. The neighborhood was residential, quaint, and safe. Jacqueline, the host, is super attentive and responsive to the guests. The home is quaint and comfortable. I was able to wash clothes here which was an enormous relief given that the following day I departed to a very remote part of Chile. I would definitely stay here again in the future if I’m transiting through Santiago.
Spacious , super clean room with large windows giving lots of light. Very comfortable bed.
Nice welcome from efficient reception staff.
Water dispenser was useful and 2 bottles of water on arrival. Breakfast had a range of food and fruit. Room cleaned daily.
The hotel got us a taxi that was far cheaper than on line prices and on time.
Some good restaurants nearby and clean area of Santiago.
Everything was great and I will book it again..
The décor in the whole hotel was awesome. The rooms were great but one of the room we were in was so noisy as it faced the street and the street noise went on till past midnight. The breakfast was ok. The breakfast room was a bit small though. Some of the desserts were yum. I guess we were comparing to previous hotels too as we were on a 40 day trip around SA and already had such a great experience in most of the other 5 star hotels.
The customer-facing hotel staff was the best part of this hotel experience. They had excellent recommendations on food and buying souvenirs, and partner with friendly, professional airport taxi drivers, all with great English language. We felt like we were in good hands on our vacation. The location is also a large plus next to the Lastarria restaurant district, Santa Lucia park, and Plaza de Armas with all the pedestrian paseos.
Hotel is located in the heart of Santiago. Neigbourhood is safe and nice. I asked for transfer from the airport to the hotel - price was acceptable and I felt very comfortable with that especially in the middle of night. Room was big, with good lighting and nice equippement. Breafast was very tasty and fresh (I liked especially fresh fruits). Staff was very helpful and caring. I felt very safe in the hotel.
Close to airport. Clean and well maintained. Good food options in the restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Free transportation if booked in advance.
There are 4 hotels in the proximity- Hotel Diego and City Express on one side of the Highway and Hotel Hilton and La Quinta on the other side. You can easily get Uber on the City Express side but not if you stay on Hilton side.
Good location. Contemporary hotel and amenities. Perfect breakfast before venturing out. Great staff and very accommodating. Good wifi. Close to historical downtown. Felt safe going out. We Ubered but then used the subway. Easy to use and safe subway system. Good pick up location for excursions and only 20 minutes from the airport.
The place is well located in terms of attractions but it is in downtown Santiago which means that it can be a little rough. One has to be very careful with one's belongings. The hotel has good security so that was comforting. In terms of eating, there are lots of options nearby and local attractions are within walking distance.
Incredibly easy to communicate with the hotel prior to arrival, and the shuttle driver upon arrival. Fantastic breakfast spread and great restaurant in the hotel for dinner. This is our second time staying at this location and we will do so again. We needed accommodation close to the airport and this was perfect.
Great location to catch early flights out of SCL.
24/7 food on site either room service or restaurant. Limited but great international food offering. Cozy closed pool. Extremely clean. Very good connectivity with Santiago city. Great staff all around. Seems accessible inside the hotel and going into the airport.
Good hotel, in the middle of downtown district. Close to some cool bars in Avenida Brasil.
We arrived at late afternoon and the guy at the reception was not that helpful. Staff early in the morning were great, spoke English and were very nice to us. Bedroom is simple but should be better to justify the price.
You are at the airport in a very short time.
I had one day off to visit Santiago and the staff was very helpful. They recommend take the shuttle to the airport and then take a bus to the city center (3400$ with return). Worked flawlessly.
In total very clean hotel with everything you need.
The hotel is in a safe and beautiful area. I am so glad we didn’t book a downtown hotel. It’s scary in the downtown at night. Everything was walk able at this hotel. The rooms are a little dated but safety exceeded our expectations.
Location was perfect. The hotel is right in the airport and right across the street from the terminal. Hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. This is a perfect airport hotel. I would book this hotel again, and again.
The hotel is beautifully designed situated in a fantastic residential and quiet location with easy access to downtown and shops. 2 amazing restaurants on the property, nice pool, friendly staff and service.
An extremely courteous greeting to a great hotel with lovely food, comfortable rooms, professional and friendly staff, exceptional value for money on the doorstep of Santiago International Airport.
One night stop close to airport, a bit of a mixed experience. The hotel was good with the free transfer from the airport, check in was fast and pool area nice to stay. Room was clean and nice beds
A lovely small hotel in the heart of Santiago, we walked everywhere - even to the Costanera Center. Close to the airport bus too. The staff were friendly and always available.
