Within walking distance to many of Geelongs tourists sites. Where we got side tracked, and were late for our check out, but the staff were lovely and understanding of our “lateness”

Many thanks to reception for patiently answering questions about accessing the heated pool and using the correct wifi password. The heated pool ranges from one metre to 1.4 metres in depth and was refreshing on a cool day outside. The deluxe cabin was spacious, very comfortable bed and furnishings, fully equipped kitchen. Appreciated the Cafe at the front of the park for breakfast. Located across the road from beautiful Barwon River Park with walking and cycling paths. Only a few minutes' drive to Belmont shops and easy to reach central Geelong.
Set among beautiful gum trees, on the banks of the Barwon River, Tasman Holiday Parks - Geelong features 2 swimming pools and a large colorful jumping pillow.
Geelong a city in Victoria, more like a large town feel.
Geelong a city in Victoria, more like a large town feel. Vibrant pubs, bars and clubs, some quality restaurants and has some wonderful area around to visit, vineyards, historical sights swimming beaches and further afield surfs up.
I've visited many times and enjoyed the hospitality of the people in Geelong , the waterfront is an added attraction with the YC and marina plus the foreshore restaurants. A good place to visit.

I do the Ironman event each year.
I do the Ironman event each year. I plan to come back and stay for a holiday lots to see, I love the bats and the Botanical garden. The swim circle thing is excellent although has a strong urine smell near the facilities.
Lots of paths for cycling and the Barwon river has an excellent walking track all along. Great place for active people.
If you're into food then you're in for a treat, lots of cafe and restuarants offering a great range of quality foods. I had some delicious crepes on the foreshor.

Geelong city is a very nice place.
Geelong city is a very nice place. It has a long fresh air beach with a lot of seagulls flying around and basking in the sun. It is a city for people who love running and cycling. A city where you can come back to nature with many kinds of birds such as Cockatoos, Magpies...

I stayed the night as I was catching the Spirit of Tasmania early the following morning. I would have been very happy to have spent longer to explore Geelong. Where I stayed was very convenient, quiet and easy walking distance to restaurants.

The waterfront is lovely; Eastern beach has beautiful park surrounds that reflect an elegance of an earlier era; many restaurants with great cuisine; art galleries; the botanic gardens are delightful.
The room was exceptionally clean. It was an easy check in. The staff were really friendly. Rates were great. Was nearby to shops, the barwon river and only a 5 minute drive to Geelong center. There was very minimal noise. The electric blanket definitely a bonus and so too was the heated lights in the bathroom. The playground and jumping pillow was a hit with my child. The BBQS were also clean and located right by the playground which was handy. A stunning location. I will definitely be back for a longer stay and will recommend.
Budget motel. I was delighted to find something i thought didn't exist - A nicely furnished room that was neutral but had character by the clever use of patterns and textures with the furnishings and artwork that didn't look like mass produced rubbish from a bargain shop. Facilities provided were good, clean and nicely arranged. I will return here when I'm next in Geelong. Given the price point and it being an old style motel I was pleasantly suprised and delighted with the room. I was here for the Ironman event
The house was superb, had all the mode cons of home and appliances were either brand new or very new. The TV was extremely large which we like and had netflix, youtube etc which was a bonus for my son. The bedrooms were well appointed and comfy. The owners Linda and Paul made you feel very welcome and also had the opportunity to feed the chickens kept in the back garden pen.
Location was not to far from the beach and central Geelong (CBD) with restaurant's, supermarkets and general shops a short drive nearby
The location is so central to the waterfront at Geelong, directly opposite Cunningham Pier and all the foreshore space. Undercover parking meant no worries about parking. A quick walk to the centre of Geelong and all its amenities, information centre and shopping, and the Botanical Gardens were great - well worth a look to see amazing bottle trees and cycads as well as ferns, trees and perennial colour.
We have stayed here many times over the past 6+ years when visiting Geelong. Great location for us. Pub/bottle shop next door, Woolies across the road, takaway pizza and Chinese food on the corner and only a few minutes to the train station and CBD. Always clean rooms with comfy beds. It's not the Ritz but at $130 you can't go wrong!
The room was excellent, clean comfortable and impressed with the size of the bathroom. The internet connection was fuss free and worked better than other places we have stayed in. It had everything you needed for a great stay, we had a courtyard that was great. would recommend to anyone wanting to stay on the Geelong waterfront.
The hotel is located very close to the Geelong waterfront which is where we were spending most of our time.
There is a very busy coffee shop downstairs which was nice and there are several others around the corner.
Close to Westfield too if you needed to shop.
The location is terrific, and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The room itself, is very spacious. Fantastic views of eastern beach and greater Geelong. The pool was a very welcomed facility as it was a very hot day, when we arrived.
beds very comfortable - great nights sleep - best purpose of a hotel
staff welcoming and accommodating - we had a wedding so gave us rooms early
Location was great at the waterfront
very helpful about changing second room from king to twin
Location near the waterfront was convenient and was only a 15-minute walk into the CBD and dining areas of Geelong. It was also easy to get to from the main road into the city. Parking and access was easy.
It was new, modern, clean and in a great location. It was quiet, and the hosts were lovely. This is a great place for a night or two away, or if you have to stay and work in Geelong for a period of time.
Superb location. Geelong CBD right at your front door. Made it easy to access public transport like train station and ferry service. Plus great proximity to events and nightlife in Geelong.
The apartment was spacious and clean. Close to restaurants, shopping and waterfront. The Owner was very easy to deal with and made himself available should we require anything.
Comfy and clean. Very friendly staff. Easy check-in and convenient check-out. Ample parking on site. Well lit at night. Close to shops and a short drive to the city centre.
Beautifully restored building in a prime location, close to the waterfront with cafes and shops in abundance. Property was clean, comfortable and very cozy
