Everything was perfect, everyone was so nice to us always willing to help and honestly amazing and clean igloos ! Private bathroom & toilet.
Restaurant within 50m (part of the hotel)
Great breakfast
Bus that costs you less then taking a taxi provided from the hotel to take you to the 2 major points (attractions) of Lapland
Trying to avoid as much as food waste as possible !
Nice bar & sky bar !
We were able to see the northern lights from the hotel :D IT WAS JUST AMAZING !!!
Staying in one of the glass igloo was one of my dream. I loved it. We weren't very lucky as it was very cloudy so we didn't see the northern lights but we still enjoyed our stay very much. We booked the snowmobile excursion for the morning, we had a nice lunch and then we booked the private sauna and jacuzzi. The dinner we got at the restaurant was very good as well. After the check out we were also able to visit for free the ice hotel.
Definitely I would recommend it.
It was by far the best experience of my life ! We started by visiting the ice-snow hotel, then we had a delicious traditional finish dinner at Kota Restaurant, went for a drink in the ice bar and we finally ended by sleeping in a igloo.
It was cold but the sleeping bags provided helped a lot ! And we also could see auroras !! Staff is super kind so really dont miss this experience
Because we were staying in a glass igloo, we got access to the ice exhibitions and ice bar, which were both fun. Also the beds were adjustable and the shower was nice. It didn't come into play during our stay, but they did have an alarm service that wakes you when an aurora appears.
the hotel is secluded. u will need transport. hotel breakfast was OK but the dinner was overpriced and the taste is not up to par. love their aurora alarm. it sounded twice and we glad to c it twice in a night. by the way, from the aurora activity site there was no activity.
An amazing experience like no other. There's nothing to worry about, staying in the ice hotel is something you will remember forever. And hit the sauna and shower in the morning after being woken up by a staff member who brings you warm blueberry juice
Breakfast was very good. Glass Igloo nice, very scenic. Room clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly and can accommodate requests. Shuttle service provided by hotel was convenient and comparatively cheap.
Amazing how they can build a hotel fully made from snow, impressive. Excellent setting and very cool that you get to look round all the rooms to see the different designs. Such a cool experience.
I loved the coziness of the igloo. We didn't see any Northern Lights during our stay and the Ice Hotel was not yet finished, but overall it was a pleasant stay.
The igloo was super cute, warm and comfortable. Loved being able to tour the ice hotel and explore all the rooms, which was so cool. Amazing breakfast.
