Parking area was for free and even if you don't find a space, the owners will help you. A great hotel bar with fair prices. The sundecks and parasol are included in the price. The beach is easily reachable through a nice pine wood (about a 10-minute-walk away). The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding!

All the staff was great. The room is clean and comfortable, A/C working fine. The breakfast was good and we had the choice among swimming pool and private beach. The area is really nice and I would recommend it for a few days of rest.

The room was in back side of the building, quite noisy in the evening and the morning, because of the restaurant kitchen. The coffee, the dinner was like in the 5 stars hotel. The Hotel staff and the owner are so frendly and professional. A deffinitely reccomend it.

The place is in a great location close to Eraclea Mare and Caorle, several dozen kilometers from Venice. Beautiful clean room with a view of the garden and pool, tasty Italian breakfasts. The most important thing is friendly staff and delicious wine. Very close to the sea.
