My visit to Bainbridge Island is all about family.

My visit to Bainbridge Island is all about family. The summer weather was picture perfect and our trip to Pleasant Beach Village was lovely. The ferry ride from seattle to bainbridge is very relaxing if you have been traveling all day. Walking distance from the ferry to the touristy part of Bainbridge is short. Winslow Way has many shops and restaurants. Being on Bainbridge, with a car, can be a starting off point to visit other towns such as Silverdale and Poulsbo. The drive over the Agate Passage bridge is breathtaking.

Interesting shops (Bargain Boutique Thrift Store), nice hotel (Marshal Suites) and lots of trees everywhere. Good eats, too (Hitchcock Cafe, Blackbird Bakery). It was a quick overnight stay to hear some friends read poetry at Eagle Harbor Books, lots of fun and conviviality on Winslow Way. Bainbridge Island Museum of Art is excellent, too.

The rooms were exceptionally spacious. It is dog friendly so that was truly enjoyable to see . They even had a water bowl with snacks in the lobby. The rooms were clean and equipped with microwave , refrigerator, robes, slippers and iron. The lobby was equipped with complimentary drinks, snacks, energy bars, fruits, etc. The staff was friendly and efficient. There was easy free covered parking. The hotel is conveniently located near a gas station, grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks, bank, etc. I highly recommend Marshall Suites.

Spacious suite, comfortable bed, good ac/heat. Breakfast was OK, waffle griddles, scrambled eggs, cereal, bagels, juice and coffee - coffee was good. Location near many eating options and other shopping. Also near schools and public pool. Parking garage under hotel. Good selection of complimentary snacks and beverages in the evening.

The floor of the room was extremely dirty, turned my feet black walking on it. The toilet was running constantly. The WIFI was essentially not working, even early in the morning off peak time. This hotel has a nice building but it needs a good deep deep clean and proper wifi. Door lock was broken.

Large suite and bathroom. Large windows. A/C & heater unit worked well. Quiet hallways. Across the street from Safeway, Starbucks, restaurants and a short distance to the ferry to Seattle. We walked onto the ferry from the hotel- it was about a 20 minute walk.

We are moving to Bainbridge, so tired! The room was very clean, very quiet, and the beds comfortable….all for a reasonable price. Reece at the front desk told us of several dining options across the street and the Pub was great! Thanks

It was a good location on the island. Had a fridge and microwave, but no sink other than the bathroom. Allowed.dogs, however, they poorly maintain the floor and rooms they utilize for pet owners.
