The cozy cottage was lovely and had everything you could need from air con to heat and all appliances like a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and even a stove. It was small but perfect and Sue was such an incredible host. We loved it!

The mammoth museum was so GREAT- a must see a hidden gem.
The mammoth museum was so GREAT- a must see a hidden gem. Also we had lunch at Subway and the staff was exceptional. It seems odd to say that, but they were so nice and helpful. The area is beautiful, we will go again. The day we traveled the smoke from Canada fires was bad and in the hills.

This doesn't really apply to us we were there for a funeral.
This doesn't really apply to us we were there for a funeral. It's my husband's home town so we did the drive thru town to see the changes. Hot Springs is a wonderful city, with lots of things to see. We just weren't there to do that this time. We have been there lots of times, enjoyed watching the deer walking around main street one year.

A great hotel at a good price.
A great hotel at a good price. It was a big change from last year because the management is fantastic. Last year it was not good. Cody the manager does a great job and has really turned this hotel around. It was a great experience.
The location was wonderful. Within walking distance of downtown Hot Springs. The hotel has maintained its history quite well while adding modern amenities such as air conditioning. The room was pristine and clean. The service was wonderful. Olga was very sweet and helpful at checkin and during our stay. 10/10-will stay next time we’re in Hot Springs.
Oh, and the attached restaurant was wonderful! High quality food and excellent service at a reasonable price!
The hotel is on a busy road (for how small the town is) and had noisy trucks and semis going by all night. The carpet was old, but aside from that, the rest of the Old fixtures, etc only added to the historic charm. The toilet kept running all night. When I tried to adjust the flap, I found it was so old that it could no longer suction at all. But that toilet running was awful startling and kept waking us up all night. It was a terrible night's sleep.
Location and the view is unbelievable! The river and the mountains look every morning was the best. Comfortable spacious little house with nicely equipped kitchen for cooking your own meals and everything you need to feel home away from home. Sue is very nice friendly and caring hostess. When we decide to visit Hot Springs again I don't want to stay any where else but in this cozy place.
The town and hotel have great bones, diamonds in the rough, reflecting a more prosperous past. The owners are very sweet and working hard, so we felt good supporting them. The rooms were nicer than the outside appears. Half the price of local chains price gouging for sturgis.
Quite run down, I was expecting it to be decent because of all the great reviews but it didn’t live up to the expectations. Staff didn’t seem very friendly or professional when checking in and the hotel looks tired, needs renovation.
Staff member was friendly and helpful. However, the pool was closed and when we asked about a place we could swim he suggested the "hot springs" behind the facility. We suited up and walked down to find a shallow stream!
Very quiet, old school hotel off the beaten path. It was between seasons so not many visitors. Breakfast was okay, nothing fancy but fresh fruit was great.. Nice local folks run it.
This hotel provided a place for us to sleep overnight during our road trip and that was about it. I would not choose this place again. I would stay more in the town area.
The location, the hotel is on the creek where you can watch fish and turtles. There is a beautiful river Walk across the street, and you get a discount at the coffee shop.
The hotel would not give me the family suite that we booked kept telling me I only booked a pet friendly single room and tried to charge me more for the room we wanted
