I love Lancaster! Lots of things to do & shopping. Close to Maryland & Wash DC. Only complaint w/b need better Fast Food meals. (I do not like bready/ nor greasy food, but there are plenty of decent Restaurants to go to and not too expensive, either.) So...overall, definitely recommend Lancaster.

Lancaster is a great area.
Lancaster is a great area. The hotel is in a great spot, close to everything and the highway. The view isn't that great as it's right on the road (Route 30), but I didn't mind. The shades were private and the air conditioning provided just the right amount of white noise to sleep. The rooms on the other sides are probably more quiet. They also have a quiet policy from 10 pm to 8 am, which suits me just fine. There was even a pool room and a little gym. The complimentary coffee all day was a nice bonus, which also included a choice of still or sparkling water! The beds and pillows are super comfy. The area is quite built up yet still has that local charm unique to Lancaster.

There is always so much to do in Lancaster.
There is always so much to do in Lancaster. During this time we always go for the shows and the shopping. The AMT Music show is always wonderful, the shows at Sight and Sound are so moving. There are so many great places to eat, and of course you have the outlets, and an all open Park City Mall.
We have been coming here for 18 years during Christmas, and of course every year we have to eat at Miller's Smorgasbord. An unbelievable eating experience.
Location, Very nice surroundings in Lancaster. Very modern and clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Friendly Staff and received a text after checking in from the General Manager checking in to see if I needed anything and if I did I could reach out to him, pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a really nice hotel to stay at
Good property located right off the highway, with clean , decent sized rooms. The high point is the cartoon based themes, which the kids loved. The staff is friendly and courteous. The food was very good. The hotel is just adjacent to the Dutch wonderland , and within 10-20 minutes by car from most Amish tours and other attractions in Lancaster.
The Lancaster Arts is a funky, boutique hotel that we love to stay in when we come to Lancaster. It is not like all the other cookie cutter, chains. It has personality and makes your stay something memorable. It is walking distance from downtown and Franklin & Marshall. We would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to the area.
We grew up in Lancaster so we liked the historical aspect of the Cork Factory hotel. the owners have done a lovely job of restoring the facility for multiple uses. the guest room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I loved looking at the photographs in the hallways. The staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient.
I appreciated the overall style and atmosphere of the hotel. The room had modern amenities that all added a nice touch to the room. The bed and lights were also styled very tastefully. This hotel also has 2 pools, a fitness center and a functioning sauna. All of which I enjoyed during my stay.
I liked the kitchen & appliances, spaciousness of hotel room, bathroom (although a little small), large rolling table for food and activities, office chair, king bed with let out sofa, lots of table & shelf space for activities & temporary storage.
I have been bringing my group to Lancaster for over 10 years. I was delighted to find this fresh new look in Lancaster, PA! Nice new hotel, clean, comfortable and wonderful staffs.
Great value for money.
Great service, beautiful rooms, very clean and the food was excellent. They had a piano player while we enjoyed our dinner. Above and beyond the chain hotels in every way. Rate was good as well.
I loved the ambiance with the wooden stairs and fire place when you walk in. Our room was clean and nice size. The Tanger Outlets are literally in the backyard of the hotel.
All new and updated, spacious rooms and clean. I loved the layout of the hotel. We had a first floor room so we were able to walk right out to the pool in the center.
The best hotel I've ever stayed at. I've been to plenty, this was so spacious and clean, very up to date. Definitely found my hotel for my next Lancaster visit.
