Views and peaceful but too much commercialization for year round population the old charm is dying off in an abundance take in what you can now but developers are ruining the lake with high rise condos creating a lot of blight areas

I did not stay at the OSAGE BEACH VILLAGE!!
I did not stay at the OSAGE BEACH VILLAGE!! I will never recommend them. The trip was amazing we did end up finding a great place to stay. The bowling alley was fun. The sites to see are endless. Also do not use booking.com. They are not local or supportive to customers.

Need more things to do beside Swimming and fishing.
Need more things to do beside Swimming and fishing. The strip next to the Dam needed a serious Upgrade, looked very worn down all the shops looked the same. The only exciting thing on the strip was " Malted Monkey" and maybe The cruises.

It was an amazing trip.
It was an amazing trip. I took my kids out on a boat rental that was the best experience accommodated by Dirty Duck Boat Rentals. I even got a tube so the kids could enjoy the tubing experience. We ate at the best Mexican in town at Vista Grande and the whole family enjoyed. I will definitely be doing this trip again.

Loved it so much!
Loved it so much! Perfect spot to be to be in the middle of a ton of the Ozarks fun!
You will need to be ready to drive within about 20 min either way to many different hot spots, but close enough to want to! There is also a restaurant on site, and the patio alone would be a great spot for evening drinks.

The room and surrounding area are perfect for a quiet...
The room and surrounding area are perfect for a quiet getaway. My family and I have been going to Osage Beach over spring break for the last three years and love it each time. The weather is what it is, sometime cold and snowy and sometime warm and dry. Either way the atmosphere is relaxing.
This is an older motel but it was clean and in a great location to walk to 2 restaurants and a bar/pizza restaurant. There was both an inside pool and an outside pool. Also close to 2 frozen custard stores and not too far from outlet mall or bookstore. There was also a gazebo near the outside pool. Rooms came with a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. We were able to get the shower set at a perfect temperature with no change in temperature with soft water.
Location was ok and it was available on short notice. My daughter plays softball and we had a chance to sub on a team at ballpark nationals. Everything close was booked already. Location was not bad. Did not wake up with stuffy nose or sore throat so you can tell filters are changed. Bed was comfortable and slept well. It did the job. We travel a lot I have been in worse hotels, but not the best one for cost.
We absolutely loved the continental breakfast provided each morning. The pools and the water slides were above and beyond our expectations! They we an absolute blast! The put put golf course, shuffleboard and playground were also above and beyond our expectations for activity accommodations! This hotel is truly exceptional and I will 100% be staying here again every time I come to visit the Ozarks!
Across street from grocery store, strip mall, & outlet mall. Beautiful view of lake behind grocery store. Grocery has bar & restaurant. Pool at front of property so it's not too private but nice.
Booked online the property looks like it's pictures which is great because rarely true.
Property grounds were clean.
Cute & quaint.
Jessica at the front desk was super friendly. She was managing the hotel and cleaning rooms at the same time and was able to still be attentive and welcoming. As a hotel manager myself. I was impressed. Rooms were renovated and clean. Beds were very comfy. Great price.
I had a problem with my door not locking and was put in another room on the 2nd floor near the lobby and easy to find and access. good breakfast that came with the room cost. indoor pool and exercise room.
The owner was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and in very good shape for the inexpensive price. The location was excellent having a boat dock and being centrally located in Osage Beach
I was attending a conference at another hotel which was booked out, the location was handy. The hotel is easy to get to from the by-pass and near several good food options.
I had the best room, King size with a view of the lake. I liked the upgrades for technology, wi-fi, usb ports, all easily within reach on the computer desk.
