The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating.
Easy to get around the city. Streets are well signed and traffic did not seem to be too congested. We visited the St. Paul Grill at the St. Paul hotel and were thoroughly impressed with the quality of food and service.
The hotel is an historic building with the charm of the early 20th century hotels. Excellent ambience for a world class meal. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We really enjoyed making a walking tour around the historic downtown buildings. We also went up to Dayton's Bluff to view the city and park area. The historic homes around that area are really fun to see as well.
We also spent a lot of time walking around Union Station. Such an amazing landmark. We ate breakfast at The Buttered Tin. Delicious!

The staff were people of color and the manger was black.
The staff were people of color and the manger was black. For the area it's was actually very well kept. I love you see my people in lead position. Bathroom was nasty but everything has at least one shortcoming.

attended Wild hockey game and everything there was excellent. Very courteous employees. Beautiful city with good restaurant choices. Easy to get around.
The Skywalk was a bit unnerving as about 5 minutes into our walk from hotel towards Xcel Energy Center, we encountered several "loiterers" enjoying their drugs, goofing around, partially blocking walkways. There was very little walking traffic and no sort of security that we saw. After 5 minutes we exited the Skywalk and walked the streets. This took place on a Saturday late morning and might be totally different on a weekday

Within walking distance to the hotel was a lovely park with an unexpected Thursday night concert. Food trucks, beer area and live music. Wonderful for a summer evening. Saint Paul Summit Street has lovely mansions and takes you by the Basilica. A nice laid back city.

There is so much to see & do in the twin cities .... Because of the pandemic there were restrictions but public transportation posted changes and both the train and bus are affordable and frequent I just wish I had some one to help with which bus I needed to catch & what time they run & wish bus & train tickets enterchanged
Location can be good verging on great depending on what you’re doing in Saint Paul. With its relatively easy access off the interstate and parking facility, getting in and out can be a breeze. Most of what first time visitors to the Twin Cities want to see can be reached in 20 minutes or less. There are many places to eat nearby depending on cuisine and your tolerance for walking. The staff were all uniformly friendly and helpful.
The hotel is a former convent and school and was built in 1909. It is an architectural gem. A lot of the original artwork from the school--windows, stained glass, carved woodwork is still in tact. The hoteliers have taken a lot of care honoring the history of the building. Beautifully done.
Location is right on the metro rail and within walking distance of a lot of downtown St. Paul.
The decor of the hotel is beautiful! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room I reserved was unavailable so the management had prearranged a suitable solution for us. I will definitely be staying here again for any event I attend at the Xcel Energy Center.
We basically had a one bedroom 2 bath apartment for less than any other hotels I found. It was cozy and homey. The gym was huge and well-stocked. The common area and lobby were very nice. Having a full kitchen made eating simple and cheap.
There are the over charge to my credit card without the clear explanation from the hotel. So I have to bet when this over charged can be refund.
With the above situation , the staff of Hyatt can not explain or help to remove the concerns.
I like the room were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the view and my kids like the rooms so much they said they like their new home because that was their first time sleep in hotel. Thank you so much for everything
It was nasty the floors where dirty all the carpets where dirty as hell it smell like weed through the hole hotel and it was loud music playing all night with people in the hallway in front of my door
The pool area was clean and nobody else was there. It was bright with beautiful natural light and it was clean. The staff were great and virtually had the entire hotel to myself
