Extremely impressed with this hotel, clean comfortable, excellent service, great amenities and delicious breakfast. Kids loved the pool, nice and warm. The suites have a fully equipped kitchen as well, complete with pots, pans, stovetop, full fridge and a dishwasher. If I'm ever passing through Augusta again, this will definitely be the stop.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Parking was in the inner backyard and plentiful so I could sleep easy.
Really liked the pool and steam room. They aren't the best by any means, but for this price I was more than happy to even have them.

No confidentiality at found desk. Black out shades did not close all the way. Desk draws keep opening in it's own. Trip over the desk draws with my CANE and fell. I did not say my final night. The room was too bright because of cars pulling in to the parking lot in the light shining through the window.

Nice location, super friendly staff, clean, order, free building. Rooms were perfect. My only complaint was the breakfast not what I would call a good breakfast or even a nice breakfast. It was just a provision.

Augusta is a charming smaller town.
Augusta is a charming smaller town. Downtown is quaint with just few restaurants and the buildings make up a museum in the streets where you can walk at your own pace and see the history. State capital building is beautiful and a visit to Old Fort Western is a must!
Don’t stay more than a day , though because you can pretty much see it all in one day.

Augusta - great gas prices, we came from New York, My suggestion is to try local places not chain restaurants. Check out Ottos on the River for dining. Great food/atmosphere. There's a herbal metaphysical store and a rock/gem store also on water street. Hopefully government revitalizes the area, street people asking for money is bad for business. We had breakfast at the Countryside Diner which is about 5 minutes away. So good. Then we stopped at Buranos in Hollowell for wood-fired pizza. Nice town only 7 minutes away. Use your Google Maps on your phone, we had no problem getting around. The only thing I hated was those roundabouts. There's also several Hannafords within minutes. Love this grocery store. Only thing to avoid is Wyndham Days Inn. There's more modern style hotels in the direct area.

Jared is an excellent manager and the hotel is run in a professional and efficient manner. The room service staff always make sure you have everything you need. The ladies are hard-working and probably underappreciated... not by the staff, but it's just that kind of a job. They are excellent representatives of great hospitality. ~
~~SUPER comfy beds, sheets etc always Chris clean and smell good, and the pillows are amazing. I slept so well. Ty!

I would not recommend the Subway at 225 western ave in Augusta, they don't change out there vegetables and the staff is not too friendly. People at places I went to seemed very paranoids, especially the hotel I stayed at, it was very weird. Not a very friendly place.
This is a lovely B&B in Augusta Maine area, sitting on a tranquil piece of vast land. The Inn is run as a family-style B&B with super friendly owner/staff, cozy settings and comfortable room. Wifi connection is great so you will not miss a beat connecting with the world. Breakfast is lovely. Such a pleasant stay at the Inn. Only hoped I had more days to stay there.
A gem of a place just outside Augusta...was a beautiful place, very clean and comfortable. Close enough to town...but far enough for a very quiet relaxing experience. The staff was amazing...very friendly. The room was very cozy...the breakfast was amazing!! The place was just amazing and can't wait to visit again!
I love this hotel. It has a very large amount of personal meaning to me. I’ve been staying there for 20 years. We love the pool and breakfast. Beds are so comfortable and the pillows are awesome!!! The shower is awesome!
Unfortunately, my next visit I’m going to have to stay at a more affordable hotel.
We both loved the environmental credentials of this homely hotel and the homecooked goods available were such a lovely and generous touch.
The art on the walls of restaurant area was also stunning, as was the breakfast we enjoyed there.
Jared is an excellent manager and the rest of the staff is great as well. The room service ladies are top notch and they're always super friendly. I always recommend the Best Western to people. Definitely would say there again!
Breakfast was great! Plenty of choices.... Room was clean; however, beware- some floors require entering your room via outside.
Staff was pleasant and willing to offer directions regarding layout of hotel.
Quiet hotel, no traffic noise from my room
Very large and well appointed room with large sofa.
Good lighting
Comfortable bed
fridge with freezer space
Wi-Fi very good
Renovated bathroom, warm water
Room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was very good with options. The receptionist were very friendly and ready to help. 24/7 coffee service is appreciable. The location of the hotel is excellent.
The location was great as it was right off the interstate. The person working the front desk was kind and the hotel itself was quiet. It was also attached to an iHop, good stuff.
This clean, comfortable hotel is conveniently located near the freeway. The staff is friendly and helpful, and we received fair value for our money during our stay.
Older lady i think her name was kathy on 11/17/23 needs to be fired she is the reason this hotel keeps getting bad reviews. She was the breakfast attendent..
